"The guy who was checking us in was 45mins late. REALLY slow to respond to us. We managed to make our way into the building thanks to another person staying in the building otherwise we were out on the buay street with our suitcases. We then had to carry our suitcases up 4 flights of stairs because the lift could barely fit 2 people nevermind luggage also. So we spent 45mins outside the door just waiting in the heat. Will never ever go here again."
