Very close to Roma Termini which allows you to move around everywhere. Apartment was small but comfortable. Free breakfast was in a restaurant about 3 blocks away and it was your choice croissant with a coffee, capuchino or milk chocolate. Other things are available for purchase. Communication between me and Marco was great and Massimo was very helpful upon my arrival.
One has to advise the time of obe's anticipated arrival. I did so, Marco was there, advised which floor I had to come to and even had the door open for me. He then explained the keys, showed me the room, gave me WiFiv info and was just welcoming.. The room was spacious, attractive and comfortable.
Marco my host is excellent. He helped me in every way. The lady that cleaned my room every morning did not miss a speck of dirt and provided me with more towels that I could use. The hotel is one short block from the Termini in a safe building which has it's pluses and minuses. My room was large (Green Room) with windows facing both sunrise and noon sunlight that brought in lots of warmth. I will return to Buonanotte Roma upon my next visit to Rome.
Very convenient location, the place was neat, staff friendly. Check-in and check-out times were a bit early, had to pay an extra fee for check-in after 6 pm.
Breakfast vouchers for coffee and a croissant from a nearby restaurant. Had a good stay.
Exactly as anticipated, laid back, great locstion, freshly refurbished, clean, close to all amenities,

Basic room with no frills. Marco is a friendly and helpful person who took extra steps to make us comfortable. If you’re looking for fancy this is not the place but, the bed was comfortable and clean, the location worked perfectly and the neighborhood restaurants are very good.
Great location - very close to Termini station. Nearby to a park and lots of places to eat. Clean, spacious, really well appointed rooms! I would recommend.
The area around the property is a bit run-down but this is offset against the convenience of being close to the train station. And the inside of the room is immaculate, like a hotel.
You just need to set expectation that the manager is not on site so needs a few minutes to meet you at the door.

Clean accommodations very convenient to Rome Termini train station. Came with a free coffee and pastry in the AM at a cafe right down the street. A bit run down, but good for the price.
Overall the stay was really nice, good bed and flexible check-in time for extra payment. Just remember to contact beforehand the time you are going to check in. Enjoyed ourselves :)
Very close to Rome Terminal and Metro, great food at terminal.
We picked this BnB because check in time is early, we checked in 11am. But check out 9am. Room Verde, very large room, comfortable bed and clean room. Free breakfast at Santa Maria nearby BnB.

The B&B is located in central Rome, just a 2-minute walk from Roma Termini, which makes it incredibly convenient with many eating/shopping options nearby, including Mercato Centrale. The B&B was clean and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was included and provided by Santa Maria Osteria (a 4-minute walk away). However, there was a water clogging issue in the shower and the sink, which was inconvenient.
The room is clean. Shower water volume/pressure/temperature are consistent and comfortable. Convenient and quiet near Termini station. Friendly service. Room decor is consistent and very pretty.
The b&b is in an old building with lots of character. The room is nice and clean. The internet was not very good. The hotel is too close to the terminal. The neighborhood is too crowded and lots of garbage around. Overall, I will stay again in this hotel, if I end up in Rome.

Overall good. Marco was very pleasant. Bed comfortable. Some deterioration on the ceiling but very clean room. Wi-Fi very poor.
The location is unbelievable if you want to take a train or bus anywhere. Also, the train station is a wonderful place to eat or drink. We were very happy with this bed-and-breakfast. It shows its age, but still remains clean. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were niice, and the breakfast down the street, was a great experience. Know in advance that if you want to sit down to enjoy your croissant and coffee, you’ll have to pay an extra three euro per person. Otherwise, everyone just stands and has their croissant and coffee at the counter. Marco, the person who checked us in, is a nice guy. We recommend it mostly for its location though
I loved my stay at this property. It's very good value for money. It's super close to the central train station which is convenient. For that reason, the area may feel a little unsafe at night but just be streetwise and you will be fine. The property owner is very responsive on WhatsApp. The facilities are very good for the price paid. If I am back in Rome (there is a big possibility) I will not hesitate to stay here. With a few improvements, which I already mentioned to the owner, I will be very happy to easily give this property 5/5.
The room itself was clean and well-maintained. There were no problems with the room. The person who received us for check-in was not friendly, but he did accommodate our request to separate the bed into 2 twin beds. I knew we would be near the train station and that was convenient for transportation, but being near the station meant being surrounded by homeless people and the smells were very unpleasant.
Positive: very clean. Good communication with Marco.
Cons: You have to pay a late check in fee of 30€, which is absolutely unreasonable. The cleaning lady was very rude. She just enters the room without asking or knocking on the door. On my last day, she came into my room three four times starting from 08:15 am, whereas my check-out was at 11. This is absolutely unacceptable.
Otherwise, the room was absolutely clean and the location very great.
As a solo traveller who can't get a good night's sleep on a single bed, this place was a heaven. Double bed, quiet and private.
The room is in a building of private flats right next to Roma Termini. Airport shuttle bus stops almost in front of via Ratazzi so it's less than a minute walk.
You need to arrange your arrival time with the owner so he can be there to welcome you. There are two buttons for Buonanotte at the door. If one doesn't work, press another. The owner won't come downstairs, but will unlock the door remotely. I kinda missed the click sound so ended up ringing multiple times. If you don't arrange your arrival time you might end up having to call and wait until he arrives which can be a while as Roma is busy.
I thought the breakfast option was an ideal way of experiencing Roma. You get coupons for hot beverage and cornetto of your choice. Nothing screams Italian breakfast than cappuccino and cornetto. The breakfast is in Santa Maria Osteria on the road parallel to Termini, a few minutes walk from Buonanotte. You also get discounts for lunch and dinner there with the same coupon. I think it's the perfect place to have breakfast but practice your Italian, guys who work in the mornings know very little English and tend to only speak Italian.
Overall, it was an ideal place to stay. Roma center is at the walking distance. If you enjoy exploring and walking don't buy any tickets for any buses. There's something beautiful almost around every corner.
The manager Marco was very nice and accommodating. But listed as a hotel, this is just B&B, smaller room but renovated, clean. Close to the Termini, nice for the last night in Rome
