Alessandra was the staff that made our stay more pleasant, she responds to our needs very timely , assisted us with getting a taxi to Rome termini
We felt comfortable at Master suites , daily clean sheets and Alessandra hospitality 😍
This property had space and several amenities such as a kitchen and laundry unit. The unit was off of a main road near shopping and restaurants. The biggest plus was it was very large and spacious. The unit had a nice large roof patio. It was clean but needs some updating. I would stay again.
Excellent location and staff very helpful, they even arranged our transfer from the airport. Kudos to them.
Only issue is breakfast is advertised but when we asked it was not available, so this should probably be removed from the website. Overall very convenient location close to everything. Walking distance to most attractions.
I was taken to a different location. There is not front desk. You will be staying at another location not grand suites. The bathroom didn’t work and smelled terrible. The sofa was falling apart. The outdoor space is disguising, they haven’t cleaned in months. There’s old suitcases in the corner. There is a large empty long open space and if you fall into you will literally die bc it’s that high. Not safe for kids.

The place is nice, the location really good, there are so many places close to the apartment
While I had trouble with the heater, staff responded quickly to any and all concerns. Even walking up a set of stairs as the elevator didn’t reach the top floor we stayed, added to the charm of true European buildings that weren’t overtaken by modern luxuries. The space was large. Everything we needed was available. It felt like we lived there for a short time. If it hadn’t rained so much I would’ve utilized the huge outdoor space. So gorgeous and gave me a sense of how lovely it would be to live there. The area was very walkable. Everything we needed was close by including some lovely sites. My family had a great time. Would return without hesitation.

It’s a wonderful area within walking distance of shops, excellent restaurants and attractions. We would definitely stay there again!
Good parts. The room is well located and the staff is friendly and helpful. The room is good sized. One big bedroom with a kitchen bed and another similar room with two twins. Bathroom and shower are nice. There is a shared kitchen area and a patio near room 102. You can cook on the range or microwave.
Things to be aware of. Elevator is tiny. We usually walked up instead. Our room was on first floor, which is like second in USA. The street outside is closed to traffic during the day. Our taxi driver dropped us off several blocks away and we had to drag our suitcases over the cobbles. There is considerable noise from passers by in the evening. Late at night street cleaners come rumbling by. We used the air conditioners with fans on high to create white noise. The inner room with the twin beds is away from the street and there is a door that closes, so that side is pretty quiet. If I were visiting Rome again, I would most likely still choose this hotel because the good parts are good and the bad parts aren't deal breakers for us.
The staff was friendly and proactive, even before our arrival, and made a real effort to ensure we had a good experience. The room was on the smaller side but perfectly acceptable. It was a bit noisy due to the street-facing window and slightly warm at times. The bathroom was not my favorite. Overall, however, the location is very nice and the price reasonable.
Overall the property is nice and has everything you need - full kitchen, microwave, etc.
The property managers were hard to get a hold of during the stay, but when they responded, everything was taken care of.
The location is fantastic - surrounded by shopping, restaurants, train. Everything you need!
This was exactly what I expected it to be. Having traveled Europe extensively I was very pleased. The staff was exceptionally helpful, their communication up front was paramount. They were quick to respond and very detailed in the information provided. We had no issues. Right in the heart of the main shopping artery of the Rome City Center, it had more options for shopping and eating that you'll know what to do with. It was also the most centrally located place one could hope to be to see all the sights. Everything (minus the Colosseum and the Vatican) is less than a 10 minute walk. In fact if you stand outside the hotel you can see Piazza Del Popolo at one end and the Victor Emmanuel II Monument at the other. I was able to get my family to all the sights in such a short time, we actually had "free" days to explore and found other nearby sights that were not on my list.
staff was helpful, room was great just had a foul sewage smell in the restroom.

We stayed 2-nights in the 2BD/2BA, Executive Suite.
Pros: The property was clean, spacious and in a very convenient location, with shopping/dining on the same street and tourist attractions nearby. Making it a perfect place to stay when needing space and convenience. Our host, Allessandra was great, as she addressed all of our inquiries in a timely manner. They offer hotel/airport transfer for a fee, and it worked out great for us.
Cons: Bathroom had a strong sewer smell and there was no microwave. This would have been an issue for us, if we were staying for a longer period of time.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
