Why? Because the parking spots are so narrow it is difficult to get into and out of our car without denting or scratching the car beside us. We have not been dented or scratched yet, but we know it is bound to happen so we are looking for another hotel."

"The room was very clean. A really nice breakfast. A nice variety. We need sheets and comforter for the pull-out couch. Housekeeping brought it up right away. It also was in a very quiet location. "

"Great room for my husband and self and 4 grands. Pool was huge and we had it to ourselves in the early morning. Breakfast was fabulous. And they kept replenishing. Went to a hotel last month and when the first wave of food was gone that was it!! Hyatt had a great variety and plenty . "

"I've stayed here twice in the past few months and would stay again. My only complaint is that the walls are VERY THIN. I know there's nothing they can do about thin walls but it would be helpful if other people would be mindful of the noise they make. "
