"I was charged again for a room I already paid for and the man in the front had no idea how to fix the charge. I had to wait until the next day and go speak to the lady up front who helped resolve this. I have been staying there for 17 years when I come to Denver and was shocked that now you have to pay$16.50 a night to park there."
