"Pros Great location Rooms were decent Cons During my two day stay there was only one elevator working making the wait time for guests ridiculous. The elevators were small only 6-7 people could fit and that depended on how much luggage each person had. Thankfully i was on the 4th floor but the stairwell was creepy and i didn't feel secure. Not to mention trying to carry suitcases up long flights of stairs. There was no mention of this at check in and no update to guests on when it would be...

"No to both. We were given a voucher that only allowed us to get a coffee and one type of pastry, although they had many others available. It was like being on a welfare line. For a high end hotel charging five hundred dollars a night, that is unacceptable. When we made the reservation, they said you get a continental breakfast for free. What we got was far from that."

"i'm sorry but our overall experience in this place is not good, firstly, i think the aircon is broken but it's turned on. it is on but we didn't feel any air or cold air coming out from the aircon and we felt hot during our stay. we thought that it's just the heater because it was during end of march that we stayed, but no, i think the AC is really broken or old. we didn't get a chance to tell the front desk on the first night because we thought it's the heater and that time it was still...

"The hotel staff were fabulous. We stayed here five years ago and nice to see some of the same staff. Service was exceptional. Rooms were clean. A few misses by housekeeping but didn’t detract from the stay. We love the amenities like to breakfasts and cocktail/snack hours. Easy access to Central Park and to Times Square. "
