"Nothing in the hotel and not even a cup to drink some water"

"From the outside, this hotel presents itself as a 4-star property, but the reality of the rooms is extremely disappointing. The rooms appear superficially renovated, but the quality is very low. Noise insulation is practically nonexistent — you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, other floors, and the hallway, even when staying far from the elevators. The “continental breakfast” advertised on the website is also misleading. In reality, it consists of either one egg sandwich OR one...

"Great location to Broadway shows & Time Square. Coffee shop downstairs and speakeasy are great, awesome food! Our main issue is the noise. The walls are paper thin, we could hear the conversation of the people next door. At finally called front desk at 11:30pm and they did nothing about it (they said they would call their room but they didn’t). The room was “surface” clean but needed a lot of extra TLC. For $800, it wasn’t worth it even in NY."
