The Italian restaurant inside hotel had good food but the hostess/waitress (younger one) was rude and did not like serving Americans. "

"Everything was great except that I don’t think you should have to pay for a shuttle to go to the airport. You can get a shuttle free from the airport to the hotel but have to pay six or seven euro to get back to the airport."

The shuttle service from the airport was room and drivers friendly. After a long flight from North America to Europe I would highly recommend this hotel as a travel break stop if you are flying further."

"Parking was scarce. Some evenings we barely squeezed in a tight space for the night. Once we had to go into the overnight pay garage. You need more/better parking options."
