"The room was very dirty and full of dust when we arrived. The lady at the reception was unnecessarily aggresive, rolling her eyes when we asked her any questions and made us feel very uneasy. She was completely unapproachable and did not welcome any questions. We stayed four nights and no cleaner turned up at all. "The hotel was spotless..the room was a good size and was in a good location for visiting local attractions. The pool was also very clean . The staff were excellent, providing everything we need . The location is also near a large retail park and good resteraunt."
