Francisco Uh May Vacations

"We had booked for two nights and we left after the first night. The place is uninhabitable and we needed to find lodgings elsewhere. There were no blankets and we were cold in the night, no hot water, only 3 pillows while we were four people. There were bugs all over the room and a nasty smell. There was dog poop and dog pee all over the common areas. Definitely do not recommend"

"This place is great stay! The ambiance is jungle. It's a few minutes down the road from the main town so it is so quiet yet accessible by bike or car(they have bikes).There are only a few units so there is always space by the pool. The staff were all amazing. If you like Starbucks, they have it onsite morning and afternoon. The Continental breakfast was adequate to hold you over until you get somewhere for a meal. The rooms are beautiful. Better than expected. I definitely plan on going back to...

"We stayed in the king size suite and had a wonderful experience. Room service was prompt for ordering dinner to the room. We were able to utilize the gym which was nice and clean as well as the rooftop pool."

The quality of the food in the restaurants is truely exceptional and we were blown away by the kindness of all of the staff. Truely not one complaint. We went to a 5* hotel in playacar for the last 5 nights just for a change of scenery and wish we had just stayed here as the service did not compare!"
