"Kailyn met us on our arrival , a lovely lady, her whole family were lovey and made us feel very welcome. The little cottage was better than perfect, suited our needs perfectly , Very clean , comfortable and lovely garden . It was home away from home, We would highly recommend Lilybank Lodge . The only thing I could say negative about this hotel was the well worn carpets, otherwise a great base for tripping about with a really good breakfast & we had a evening meal there which was delicious & good value))) "

"It's a very clean hotel, the ownership is very friendly and helpful. It is not a modern cookie cutter hotel or building. It is the Victorian era. It is not fancy in modern terms. The stairs are steep and narrow, they way they were done at the time it was built. I would like more lighting on them. Breakfasts were good and satisfying. I had plenty of hot water. "

"Overwhelmed by this hotel and island. From the moment of check in by 2 lovely ladies we received an Atrium room which was an absolute delight. Newly refurbished rooms and a little balcony with chairs to sit out overlooking an indoor garden with lots of natural light. We don’t want to leave it’s been the best trip 🙏 "
