"Home is an older home but redone nice. Since it is an older home the floors squeak a lot when walking on them. "Nice property, big rooms. As noted in earlier reviews there are some steep steps so if mobility is a problem this might not be for you. 2 block walk from the downtown area where families were biking and playing so neighborhood seemed safe after we were initially unsure.
