"Everything was great"

"The breakfast was never available when it was supposed to be. Even though I was always one of the first in line to get the meal the food was often barely warm. I discovered that some employees were rolling out the hot food and leaving it unattended for more than five minutes before placing it in the warmer. The room had some cleanliness issues as well as not properly supplied"

"The housekeeping was lacking, the room was barely cleaned, the bed sheets were never changed, I had to ask for new soap everyday. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before, this was the first time that I’ve had this experience."

"Great location for what we needed. Delicious free breakfast. Room very clean"

"Clean and comfortable"

"The room was clean, the staff was polite and parking was sufficient. I prefer to have a coffee maker in my room."

"We were placed on the third floor and there were no elevators and we had to climb three flights of smelly stairs and my mother is disabled. The staff didn’t know how to help with anything and would only provide misleading information. I would never go back here and would never refer this location to anyone!"

"Found 2 roaches in bathroom also 1 roach by the refrigerator. Room had bad smell when come in room. Not really pleased that room!"

"The hotel and staff fulfilled their obligations"

"Beds were not Comfy."
