A traditional stone-built, slate-fronted cottage in the beating heart of beautiful Fowey just a few minutes’ walk to the delightful harbour with its own parking space right outside. Just a short walk will take you to a fabulous array of cafes, restaurants and shops.
 
Size: Sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms.
Beds:  1 x double, 1 x twin, 1 x single.
 
Rooms:
Ground floor:  Living/dining room and kitchen.
First floor:  3 bedrooms, landing workspace and bathroom.
 
Kitchen & utilities:  Ceramic electric hob and oven, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine.
Entertainment:  Freeview TV.
Outside:  Enclosed southerly-facing garden to the rear with terrace, wooden gazebo, lawn and range of outdoor seating options.
Parking:  Private parking for one car opposite the cottage.
General:  Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.
Pets:  Max 2 dogs - £25 per pet per week.
Accidental Damage Deposit:  You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
