"Staff were very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay, they could not do enough to help us and make sure our stay was as smooth as possible. Spa facilities were great, lots of options and not too overcrowded. At the beginning of our stay we were given a list of all the activities put on by the hotel that week which was a nice touch. "Short drive (<30 minutes) to Seiser Alm or Ortesei for ski. Lovely view. Good for relaxing; quiet tiny village. Service staff were excellent. My favorite breakfast, so I will try to come back just for that! "
