This studio condo is located on the first floor. It sleeps 4 people. It has a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa as well. It has a kitchen including a stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, cookware, and dishes. The pool is right beside of the room. It has a board walk beach access, and the beach is approximately 75-100 yards from the room. There are washer and dryers located on the property near the room as well. This is a wonderful beach vacation rental nearby a store that is a very short walking distance that carries a wide variety of foods and beach supplies.

Amazing

Jo’s place is a great place to stay. Beach access is a few steps away, Tom Thumb Store is right there for anything you need to quick grab. Pool area is always clean. I always wash the dishes I use prior to any place I stay because I’m not sure how people wash their dishes but taking a few out of the cabinet had left over good in them. The couch bed could use some TLC, a good 3in memory foam pad could definitely help the spots that sank to low. Other than that PERFECT.

Beach Vacation

The condo we stayed in was very clean efficient. The studio efficient we rented was very nice for two but I would not recommend more than two people in there that the bed was very close to the wall. Other than that the stay was very very nice I highly recommend the VRBO condos.

Great

Great place for a (not high maintenance couple) or just a single person stay. Not much room for cooking or bathroom belongings. No washer or dryer in room, if you want to sit at the Landry facility 1/2 the day to wash clothes, this is a perfect place. I enjoyed my time/stay. Thanks again

Amazing beach location

The room was clean and in a great location with a two minute walk to the gulf which was why we booked this. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the pool as well. I would bring extra towels for splippage on the tile next time.

Great location

Everything was great with the except of the bed. I had a sag in the middle and most uncomfortable enough that had to sleep on the sofa sleeper.

Quaint, cozy condo

Quaint, cozy condo! The unit is equipped with everything you need. The pool is directly outside the door so just grab a towel and go! The beach is about a minute walk so toes in the sand in no time! We will definitely stay here again!
