Escape to the beach at the Surf Dweller condominium located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This family favorite condominium sits on the powder white sands of The Gulf of Mexico. This property is known for its large gulf front balconies with million-dollar views! Enjoy the private beach access, take a dip in the swimming pool, work out at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, or grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area. Visit nearby restaurants such as Stewby’s, Fubar Pizza, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions such as The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Take a pontoon boat to Crab Island for the day or book a fishing charter. No matter how you spend your time at the Surf Dweller you will make memories to last a lifetime!

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and a separate dining area. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a 42" flat screen TV, floor-to-ceiling glass sliders with direct gulf views, and a large private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a 32" flat screen TV, a private bathroom, and glass sliders that provide a beach view and balcony access. A second bedroom with two queen size beds and a flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Girls Trip

We loved our stay. The patio is awesome with a great view. The beach service was a nice benefit. Every day our chairs and umbrella were set up and waiting. We were able to add extras at a reasonable cost. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Very nice place clean and great beach front Condo. They have a pool but not in a great location. Grills are only charcoal and not in great location if you plan to grill. All in all I would definitely stay again great place for family and friends.

The description of “spacious corner unit, fabulous gulf front views” was no exaggeration! The unit was clean and had everything my family of four needed to relax and enjoy. We will definitely be back soon!

Great Stay

Perfect condo for our group. Plenty of space for dining, sleeping or just relaxing. The short walk from the condo to the beach was wonderful. The beach service provided was excellent. We did take the opportunity to rent an extra set of chairs and umbrella, which was ready and waiting each morning.

Great place to stay

Really nice place to stay. The unit was clean, great location on the end, elevator right outside our door (but it's not loud or crowded so don't let that concern you), really big balcony with great views of the beach, nice furniture, beds comfortable, TV's good with DirecTV, the unit itself is big for a 2BR condo. Plenty of towels (both beach towels and shower towels). Nothing bad to say about the unit. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again next time we come to Fort Walton.

Spacious condo

Very spacious condo. Lots of plates, silverware, cookware. Great view of the ocean from the balcony-very comfortable balcony furniture. We did have one issue but it was quickly taken care of.

Master room's bathroom

Hi, the only issue we had was the master bedroom's bathroom the hot water would last no more than 10 minutes. Everything else was nice and loved the view! Thank you :)

Great location!

This was our 3rd trip to Florida and unit 312 at Surfdweller had the best view. The environment was very relaxing. Our unit came with 2 Beach chairs and an umbrella which we haven't had at previous condos. The only thing I would suggest is a different couch. It wasn't comfortable at all. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend unit 312!
