FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! You will absolutely love staying in this large 2 bedroom condo! There is so much space, you will love it and the views from the 6th floor are just unforgettable. The master bedroom is on the beach side with access to the huge beach front balcony. The second bedroom features TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS and there is still lots of space! The kitchen looks AMAZING - cabinets, counter tops and lots of space! You will love preparing a meal in this beach front beauty. The master bath was updated with a walk-in shower. The oversized 6th floor gulf front balcony features access from the living room and master bedroom. The condo features LARGE FLAT SCREEN TVS throughout! A 57" TV in the living room and 38" TVs in both bedrooms! a KEURIG coffee maker is a new addition to this beautiful condo as well.

Great Condo

This was a great condo. Pictures were exactly the way the condo looked. Very easy to get on the beach. No problem getting chairs for the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans and serving dishes. Would definitely stay at this condo again.

My moter-in-law has been staying there every year for over 30 years. The only complaints I have are the air fryer was disgustingly dirty so we had to scrub it before we could use it and the last 2 nights the smoke detector beeped because the battery was dying. This will NOT keep us from coming back!! We love The Surf Dweller!!

Great room, stiff bed

We always stay at Surf Dweller and have nothing but great things to say about the resort. The rooms here are so spacious that we always feel at home. One issue with this room was the master bed was super firm. It felt like we were sleeping on the floor. But overall it was a lovely week here!

Overall nice place but need updating. Master bathroom the shower had black mold all around the bottom inside and out, wasn’t very clean. The blinds also in the Master on the left side were not properly working, had to manually move them to open. Nice condo and will probably be back next year.

The spacious balcony was wonderful to sit at and watch the sunrise and set. The beach was very clean and well kept and chairs were very comfortable to sit in. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very spacious and plenty of room for 4 adults. The view was what everybody wants with it being beach front. The vertical blinds in the bedroom were missing several of the blinds (they were under the bed), which made it impossible to get a dark room for sleeping. I did notify the host of the problem. Possibly there were not aware of it. The floors were not maintained as should have been. There was a dental floss stick under the coffee table (found by our 1 year old), and pieces of Cheerios beside/behind the sofa. Had a lovely laundry room which was nice! Plenty of storage in the bedrooms, baths, and closets. I would stay there again. I feel like the owner is not close by to check on things and isn't aware the blinds needed maintained and the cleaning company is not putting their best foot forward.

Reviewer Comments: Surf Dweller units are very large with great balconies and beautiful gulf views in a convenient location on Okaloosa Island. 603 has comfortable furniture and comfortable beds and the kitchen is well equipped, however the unit is in serious need of updating. We've rented from Brooks and Shorey for several years and have always been satisfied with the cleanliness of the properties. But something went wrong this time. We are accustomed to cleaning up after ourselves, but we did not expect to have to clean up after the previous guests upon our arrival!

A few little things could have been better

Not the end of the world but it was Thanksgiving week and we had some games to watch. Someone came to look at it after my 2nd email and 3 days but it was never fixed. The washing machine sounded like a plane taking off so you couldn't run it when you were in the condo. There were no blankets for the sofa bed. I would have brought my own but that wasn't listed as an item to bring. The elevators malfunctioned so only 1 out of 3 was working. The view was unbeatable and the condo was clean. Sometimes the little things go a long way to making the stay more enjoyable.

The TV in master bedroom Did not work, it seemed that was the case also in living room, but the powerStrip had been turned off.
