this home has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens up to a large balcony with outdoor seating. This beautiful home is decorated with coastal blues, greens, and reds and offers many amenities including beautifully tiled floor throughout. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The unit has a round table in the dining area with seating for four people. This lovely home offers a full bath with a stand-up shower and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, ottoman/twin bed convertible, desk, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed, seating nook, private bath, TV, DVD player, and spacious closet.

Great Place for Families

Great Stay!

We had an awesome week! King bed was comfortable. Kids slept on the pull out queen and twin beds, the covers had a few stains (not the sheets). The showers were clean. The dishwasher didn’t get the dishes super clean but there’s really nothing to complain about with this unit! Great stay with decent views!! A few things to add to your shopping list: a roll of paper towels, trash bags, salt/pepper, and aluminum foil.

Great view!

The property had a way better view than what i expected! The condo was clean and the waterscape resort as a whole was so amazing. The pools were fun but so cold, all but the 1 heated pool on the second level. Everything was as you would hope with no issues!

Wow!

Just wow! The level of cleanliness was top notch. There were no dusty corners or gritty sand from the previous guests, the tub and shower were both spotless. The kitchen itself was squeaky clean. I brought my own pans for cooking but didn't need to for theirs were in good working condition. The bed slept great and the unit was very nicely furnished with a tasteful, fun atmosphere. The patio had a great view of the pool area with a partial beach view. The Waterscape grounds were well maintained as well as the pool areas and a cool lazy river. Beach access was easy and on the days I was there, Sept.10-14, their beach service was more than adequate for the number of guests. I would not think twice about coming here again. Absolutely yes! OMG! If you hike 1.7 miles east of the condo, you can practically have a beautiful beach to yourself. Bring rain gear for pop up storms.

Waterscape is a great location for beach access. The pool area is great however very crowded. Unless you go out early it is difficult to get any seating at the pool area during a busy travel week. For the condo itself, it was fine. It could definitely use some updating and even just a few items to keep stocked in the kitchen such as something as simple as salt and pepper. What stood out the most was the lack of comfort when sleeping. The sheets had clearly been used a lot! They were rough and both the towels and the quilt that covered the beds had stains. We also removed the throw pillows from the bed as they had noticeable staining also.

Better than my high expectations

Details are everything & this condo is clearly well maintained by the owners. The king bed & pillows were so cozy that it made it difficult to leave the bed in the morning. The ocean view was still spectacular, despite not being directly on the sand & sparingly blocked by beautiful palm trees. Don’t forget to bring essential food items like sugar, salt & pepper because they are not provided. The resort does provide one roll paper towels, fresh linens, 1 liquid dish soap & sponge, & about two loads of dishwasher & laundry soaps, plus typical hotel bathroom toiletries. The overall layout of the resort is quite convenient (elevators conveniently placed everywhere) and the pools, hot tubs are awesome. The only complaint you may have is somebody wants to be at the breathtakingly beautiful beach and the other wants to be exploring the pools. The resort security definitely keep an eye out for kids not accompanied by parents, so plan on staying within 10 feet of your kids at all times.

The home was clean and nicely decorated. The mattress was terribly uncomfortable though. I had read that in previous reviews but it had been stated that the mattress was replaced. Other friends stayed in another unit here and had the same problem. Also, the curtains on the bedroom windows were sheer and the lights on the outside walkway area never turned off so it was never very dark for sleeping. Other than that the facilities and pools and splash pad and lazy river were nice. I hated the beach chair set up, unless you were the lucky handful that got chairs on the shore line the chairs face away from the water in a horseshoe configuration. If you have little kids that want to be in the water I highly suggest bringing your own chairs and umbrella as the complimentary set up is going to be useless for you, you’ll want to be closer to the shoreline. Other than those few critiques it was a great trip!
