This gulf front beauty sits on the powder white sands and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Use the private beach access, take a swim in the gulf front swimming pool, soak in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs, stay fit while away from home at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area, or play a game of shuffleboard. Take a walk across the street to enjoy local restaurants such as Stewby’s, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions close by at The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Sea Oats is your ticket to paradise!

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, and a breakfast bar. A living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, flat screen TV, and a private balcony with partial gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. A second bedroom with a queen-size bed and a flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. Washer and Dryer in unit.

Parking: Two parking passes will be issued for your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailer parking allowed. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

It was beautiful and spacious! We loved having our own home away from home while on our Girls trip! The beach was gorgeous with soft, white sand and so close and easy to get to. The pool area was very nice and a good place to relax when the ocean was a little too rough!

This was our first time staying at this property. Everything was perfect. We had a couple of issues with water upon arrival which was resolved within 5 minutes of my calling them. I highly recommend this property and the management company gets 5 stars.

Condo had everything we needed for our stay. The beach chair service was a super nice touch. Felt safe with all the security codes in and out of the area. Carts were provided to help with luggage. The bed in the master bedroom was comfy and the master shower was nice, lots of water pressure. The beach was nicely kept as well.

The condo was very clean and as described. The beds are super soft (so beware if you have a bad back) but there were plenty of pillows and blankets. The pool and hot tub area were great but the hot tub was WAY too hot to get in, and I have never not been able to get in a hot tub if that tells you anything. Beach access was close and easy. There were 2 chairs and an umbrella provided with the room, which I love. It’s close enough that you can walk to the pier or boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again!

We took a long weekend trip to Ft Walton beach, and stayed in this unit. There were 4 of us, and it was perfect! It's spacious, and very cozy. The online pics completely portray the unit. The location is convenient for Ft Walton, and the trip to Destin (which we also love), was just a short trip. 10/10 recommend!

Very nice condo! Kids loved the pool after a few hours at the beach! Right on the beach. Thankful for the elevators and the carts that helped carry luggage and groceries up! The only thing that was disappointing was waiting until 5 days before to get check in info from rental company!! Kinda short notice but other than that the rental company helped us get our WiFi back up and running and told us the water main broke but was fixed same day!! Overall excellent condo and location!

Pro's. The location was perfect, the property managers were great to work with, close to restaurants, the view of the ocean was spectacular from the balcony. Con's. The mattress in the master bd room was horrible, we tried the second bd room and it was horrible. We ended up sleeping on the couches! Other than that vacation was great.

Beautiful condo. The towels were folded in complicated designs and the beds had lots and lots of pillows. The bed was very comfortable,and the kitchen had everything you need. Also, it was extremely clean. One big surprise was that I asked if they had a Keurig or regular coffee pot, and when I arrived I found a top of the line Keurig on the kitchen counter waiting for me! Now that's going the extra mile to provide exemplary service. The location is perfect, I walked across the street to a local pub for a fresh Grouper sandwich and live music. Then enjoyed a relaxing walk to the pier along the beach. I plan to come back as soon as I can. Thank You.
