Very nice rental property on Okaloosa Island close walk to beach and restaurants. The owners were available for questions and help as needed. Recommend highly!

Decent place to stay

The people above us were a bit noisy at times. I could not find an area that was comfortable to use as a work space and we had a little problem getting the TVs to work. Other than that we enjoyed our stay there.

Short lived

We arrived the place was dirty. A day later, the power went completely out on the side with the bedrooms air conditioner included. Wires were sizzling. Was told the maintenance man could not come fix the problem because he was drunk. They did not want to help with a problem. The maintenance people told me I could stay there and get $70 off a night or go home. I told them that was unacceptable. So they eventually found us a different place to go.
