Welcome to Island Princess 501! A spacious 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom beachfront condo! Beautiful views of the coast waiting for you! Escape from reality on the private balcony accessible from the living room AND primary bedroom!
Enjoy the beautiful views of the emerald coast on your private balcony. This condo sleeps 8 comfortably with a king bed in the primary bedroom, queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom, and a full sleeper sofa in the living room. After preparing dinner in the kitchen while admiring the Gulf views, make use of the stacked washer and dryer inside the unit to get ready for the next beach day! There is beach access on property, a gulf front pool, hot tub, and is close to shopping and activities enjoyable for the whole family. Island Princess 501 is the perfect location for your vacation!

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 queen bed, 3rd bedroom - 2 twin beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 8.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great trip. Beachfront, close to Brooks Marina where we docked our boat. Everything was clean and well stocked with linens, towels, and a full kitchen.
