This is a beautiful, well decorated 3 bedroom unit!

We invite you to enjoy all the luxuries of this great condo such as tile floors, granite counters, large bathrooms and closets. It is perfect for easy living with some extra space for all your personal items.

The property is DESTIN WEST BEACH AND BAY RESORT located on Okaloosa Island. The property has several hot tubs and pools and is walking distance to several restaurants and shopping.

This is a sixth floor unit that is over 1500 sq/ft. We have a king sized bed in the master and second guest bedroom with tvs in every bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal if you were so inclined.

Extra touches for our guests include: pack n play, Beach wagon, 3-4 beach chairs, high chair

This condo offered the best of everything. Within a short walk from the condo we fished, enjoyed the pool, built sandcastles on the beach, and watched beautiful sunrises. This condo was also conveniently located close to all the fun restaurants and activities the beach has to offer. I highly recommend.

Very nice condo. Location was great. Lanai overlooked the pools and the bay. Kitchen was set up nicely although it was difficult to control the burners on the stove. Remote controls did not work- maybe they were switched around as there were a lot of TV's, but probably should be marked if that is the case. Lastly, the sofa bed was very old and too uncomfortable for even a teenager to sleep in. Upholstery was very worn and not very clean. Would suggest updating to something more stain resistant. We still had a great time and would definitely visit again.

We loved this Vrbo. The condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. Loved the location and all of the amenities. We enjoyed the lazy river, access to the private beach, catching crabs in the bay, and loved the proximity to food and shopping. We would definitely come back again!

This unit has more than enough space for a family of four. The kitchen is great for cooking nearly every meal during a week stay. The balcony has great views of the bay! Destin West pools, lazy river and beach access can't be beat.

One of my all time favorite destinations! Comfy furniture and bedding! Amazing balcony with great furniture and dining seating with views of bay, marina, dolphins and the lazy river. The lazy river looks like a Sandals property with an oasis of lights and colors! Book it!

This condo had a very upscale feel to it. It was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. The location was perfect as well. It's close to restaurants and shops in a less crowded area outside of Destin. The gulf was beautiful and we all loved the lazy river on the bay side. We will definately be returning!

We've stayed in this property before and liked it enough to return. Although there were a couple of maintenance issues, someone came quickly to take care of them. The only negatives were the icemaker/water dispenser weren't working and the maintenance guy couldn't fix it during his visit and the garbage disposal seems to be broken. The pools and lazy river are very inviting and there is plenty of seating around.

Very outdated ice maker never fixed and from previous reviews it was already on the blink before our stay. Management did provide us with bag ice which was a plus. Cleaning wasn't the best. Microwave seems to be on its last leg. The men in our family knew to unplug it and the touch panel would start working again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family of 6 plus a guest had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and quite roomy. The kitchen was fully stocked with needed supplies. The laundry room has full size washer and dryer. Property family friendly. Only disappointment was no dolphins seen on the bayside. Property owners recommended son for a deep sea fishing experience which was fantastic and at a significantly lower cost than other charters.

This is our fourth year staying at Destin West and we had another great experience!!! Julie was SOOO helpful and responsive, especially when we thought our trip would be cancelled for a tropical storm and we didn’t know how to proceed. Upon arrival, the condo was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all we needed, and the views were impeccable as always! We loved the pools and lazy river, and enjoy being a short walk from the beach. We would recommend this place time and time again. We will certainly be back!!!
