This condo has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Tropical Gardens and Pools. Unit A502 has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. this home is beautifully decorated in peaceful blues and earthy brown tones and is accentuated with wonderful artwork. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table with seating, and the bar area has two stools for additional seating. This condo offers a unique twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player.

Everything about the Condo was great! It was probably the cleanest rental we've ever been to. There were plenty of towels, too. The beach, however, at the Waterscape was super crowded. We may have just came during a busy week, but there were so many people, and a lot of people were drunk.

My family has been making memories since 2015 at this Unit. The views are beautiful with the unit balcony facing the gulf and beautiful sunset views. High enough that the pool area doesn't disturb. New floors are nice. Master bed and bunk room slept well.

Smelled very clean when checking in and for the most part it was very satisfactory. However, immediately after entering and taking our shoes off our feet were very dirty. I mopped the floors and it made a world of difference. The beds were very comfortable and you had a great view. The other down sides were that the ice maker wouldn't dispense ice consistently... also the outdoor table was disassembled/broken and one of the lounge chairs was also broken

The unit itself needs an upgrade. Paint on walls very stained all over the entire place. Couch with bed very sunken cushions. Felt like sitting in a hole. Very uncomfortable. My legs fell asleep due to hole I was sitting in. Had to sit on other furniture rather than couch. Freezer had water leak. The biggest issue is that Vacasa screwed up my departure date and lock us out of our room for 4 hours. Called Vacasa help line 12 times getting new codes, which none worked. Final told the man on the phone to call the place directly to open it with the master key. Will never stay at any place that Vacasa manages.

I enjoy the Waterscape a lot. This condo (A502) is dated and could use a deep cleaning but I would stay in it again. Also should be noted that’s it’s wayyyy at the front of the resort great for me but if I had to haul kids and kid stuff back and forth it would not be a good time.

We've stated at Waterscape almost every year since it was constructed in 2008. The views from an end unit like A502 are spectacular and worth the premium over more interior units. Unfortunately, the complex is showing signs of wear and tear. For example, the carpeting outside the units is very worn and stained in many places. Inside unit A502 we found a number of unsatisfactory items for a condo with this price tag, including: (1) All of the ceiling fans were out of balance and very noisy when running, (2) The 1/2 bath toilet would run continuously unless you jiggled that handle after every use, (3) the shower door in the master bath wouldn't close properly, (4) the toilet in master bath wobbled back and forth, (5) the oven was very slow to preheat and we suspect didn't hold temp properly, (6) the balcony floor had numerous areas of mildew/mold, (7) legs of the end table by the sofa were uneven causing it to rock back and forth, (8) the balcony door in the 2nd bedroom was not functional - the handle came apart in our hands. Certainly none of those items were show stoppers by themselves, but the sum total of them did create disappointment for us. We've stayed in many other units within this complex and have never had this many issues pop up before. Other than that, the condo is decorated nicely and the view is what you're really after anyway. That's where this unit really shines.

This is our first family vacation to Waterscape and it won’t be our last! Our condo was clean, spacious and had a wonderful view! Everything about the stay was easy and a breeze. We booked through Vacasa and it was super simple to get done. We were so sad that we didn’t have a few more days. The pool and lazy river were a hit for our 6 year old son, and the beach accessibility was wonderful. Plus having two complementary chairs and umbrella made things a little easier . We highly recommend to anyone thinking about staying here to go for it ! You won’t regret it. Thank you Vacasa and Waterscape for a wonderful first family vacation.

Many pools to choose from and snack/drink bar in pool area. Outside areas and nearby public bathrooms well maintained. Loved entering our unit from a quiet indoor hallway from the same floor as parking deck level. Great view of beach from balcony. Quiet unit but could stand an update of electric eye stove and older TVs (we could not use our fire stick we brought on TVs). Resort made checkin/out very easy by text and we received multiple texts before and during our visit giving us helpful info and to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Beach guys are super fast setting chairs up each morning and our unit came with free chairs and umbrella rental (first come, first serve basis). We look forward to returning here next year.

We have a fantastic time. Best views from this condo. Included the beach chair service which was a good added touch. Tastefully decorated. Nic-picky stuff: 1) master bath shower door ajar 2) guest bedroom TV… couldn’t turn it on, but maybe it was me. 3). Dishwasher… do not work properly. I mean it would run, but not clean. We double washed everything. 4) refrigerator… works too well? Maybe a bit too cold. We brought bags of salad, but had to throw it away because it froze solid. 5). Lastly, I wanted a couple more large garbage bags for the kitchen. We were there for 3 nights and only had two kitchen bags. I like to keep everything clean so this one drive me crazy, next time I will bring a couple extra. Overall, I highly recommend.

Had a great stay in this condo! Loved the addition of the hardwood floors instead of carpet. We did have an issue with our smoke detectors repeatedly alarming if someone walked into the patio and didn’t close the door within 10 seconds of walking out. Only snafu was getting run out by the housekeper early from our stay. She showed up at 9:45 as we were grabbing the last of our stuff and told us it was already 10. She then called the property manager to tell them we said we weren’t leaving until 11. I normally strip the beds and start laundry but this time I felt like j couldn’t do that because she was waiting. Pool area and hallways seemed dirtier this year than in years past—we saw several dirty diapers on the floor in the hallway and garbage around the pool.

Good: Nicely decorated, beds and furniture were clean and comfortable. Code for the door was so convenient for everyone in our family to use. Bad: Gym was hot with little airflow, in unit our dishwasher was broken. Both lounge chairs on the balcony were moldy and the table was broken. The pool was like spring break central with noise all hours of the day, morning and night. (4th of July week though.) Otherwise, Nice location, staff was friendly and we world return.
