Waterscape's A415 is adorned with stylish furnishings and beautiful artwork. The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo 's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large ornate table with seating. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, and TV.

Waterscape is a great place for vacation and the location is perfect. This unit specifically was right next to an elevator making everything even more convenient. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Was even able to watch the Destin fireworks from our balcony. Nice Little surprise ❤️

Great stay and great complex! So much for kids and family to do! Unit is clean and has lots of space for 5! Great breeze on balcony for naps with little ones. Any issues were handled immediately with property management company. Would stay again!

This condo is across from the elevator. We were in the pool in less than 3 minutes. It fix 7 of us perfectly. Something I think the pictures should show more is the partial ocean view!

This condo is perfect! The decorations are lovely. The beds are very comfortable, and the patio chairs are great! Everything was very clean and spacious. It's a great location to walk to restuarants, and easy access to 98. We loved getting up each morning to walk the beach for the sunrise, and it was great to see beautiful sunsets in the evening! We couldn't have asked for anything better!

We loved this property and all the amenities! Our 3 year old and 1 year old LOVED the splash pad on level 2. We were able to use the outdoor grill to cook dinner one night as well. We enjoyed karaoke as well. Lots of things within a mile radius and of course beach access right from the pool. The condo was roomy and perfect for what we needed. I really loved the fact I could check in via text instead of going to the front desk. We will definitely be back again! Oh and you must go to parlor donuts down the road.

Our unit was very clean and roomy. It’s facing the parking lot but the beach is still visible so that was nice. Checking in and out was super easy. The kids loved the pool area. This was our first time ever renting a condo so we now know what items will be or will not be needed. We will definitely be back!

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the garden tub and huge separate shower in each bathroom. Shout out to Jennee who was very helpful with check in and checking on us to be sure everything was good with the condo and our stay. Just an all around awesome stay!!!

We stayed here with 3 generations and it was perfect! Everything was clean and worked well. We cooked a lot of meals in the condo and it had everything we needed for that. The pool area and beach was amazing! My kids (ages 4,3, 15 months) had a great week and all of them enjoyed the kiddie areas and beautiful sand. The two complimentary chairs with an umbrella provided some nice shade and a place to keep everything at the beach. You can see a little bit of the ocean from the balcony of the condo. We would highly recommend this place!

Unit A415 was very nice. We especially liked that there was a door for the bunk room rather than a curtain. My only complaint is the bathroom doors didn't lock and the dishwasher didn't clean the dishes well. Even with the longest cycle the dishes still had an oily film from the food. As for the complex, it was very crowded, which was to be expected. The lazy river was too shallow compared to others we've been in. And the "U" shape layout for the beach chairs and umbrella was less than ideal. Even when there to claim a spot before they were set up, we couldn't get something close to the water. Frustrating to not see or have quick access to the water. The open space was always filled up with cabanas. The chairs became useless since my young children wanted to build sandcastles along the shore.

We stayed at this condo with our family of four and it was massive. The bunk room was great and we loved that there were 2 1/2 bathrooms. The Waterscape water pool area was great and the kids loved it. The beach was also very nice, and it was great that the umbrella and chairs were included with the room.

This is a clean, bright, nicely decorated condo. Our family consisted of 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 kids. The bunk room was great for the kids up to about 12 years old. There was a nice balcony to sit on. The facilities are incredible, with 2 large pool with splashpad areas, deeper swimming areas, a lazy river, 2 hot tubs and a playground area for toddlers. The seating was great and being able to sit around the pool and have a BBQ dinner was a great attraction as we could all relax and enjoy the pool areas until nighttime. The beach is spectacular, powdered sugar white sand. "Beach service" which means 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella is included in the rental. We did not figure this out until the end of our week - take advantage of it! The waves were small and fun for the little kids. There were bat rays surfing in the waves - very exciting and beautiful! Once we saw a dolphin swimming past. There are several beachside restaurants and bars clustered together a short walk away. Don't drive - walk on the beach and have a great experience with the whole family! So much fun! I highly recommend this complex to anyone with children - there is no effort on this vacation - just what you want! It is the best of both worlds with the world class beach and pool facilities all at your fingertips. I only rated 4 stars as several things broke when we first used them. 2 were fixed immediately, but the loose master tub faucet was not repaired after our week stay. NOTE: there is no hair dryer and no beach towels in this unit.
