Destin West Villa PH02 is a Gulf side pent house suite on the highest floor, overlooking the Okaloosa Island and the Gulf of Mexico. The double decker balcony is furnished with a four-person hot tub and lounge. The studio pent house suite on the highest floor for panoramic views and bright natural light throughout.

This vacation rental includes a king size bed, living room with queen-size sleeper, and kitchenette. Each room includes entertainment centers and personal storage. The master en suite is decorated with a king-size bed, private patio access, Jacuzzi tub, and large walk-in shower.

The two-story balcony with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico and modern décor make this penthouse suite the perfect backdrop to any luxurious beach vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was nice. The chairs on roof were rotten and broke. Patio furniture needs to be updated. TV in master bedroom is way too small. Hot tub is very old.

A/C was super cold, location was great, communication and check in was easy.The pictures are accurate.Hot tub is nice, but only a half wall dividing each rooftop hot tub, if other people are in their rooftop hot tub, you can talk to each other, share a drink, be in each others space.A few things to consider:No beach or pool towels, bring your own.Dishwasher racks were rusted through, have to wash dishes again coming out of dishwasher.Ceiling fans had tons of dust, turned one on and all the dust got on bed.Front door has a decent gap when closed and locked - lots of nosie.Balcony doors from bedroom the lock mechanism doesnt work well - lots of vehicle noise.Overall, just average...if the above items were improved, would make it much better!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The balcony doors will not close or lock. Huge gap between them allowing bugs and road noise to come in. The main door will not completely close or lock, I was told they were calling a locksmith to fix it. The lamp in the living room was broken in have by the light bulb exposing wires. Huge disappointment
