This beautiful condo has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. This lovely home offers a twin bunk area, a full bath with a stand-up shower, and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath, TV, DVD player, and walk-in closet.

Everything! The pools, the attendants, service, text and email communication, the rooms, the kitchen and the backyard makes feel like a private home. The access to the beach is the safest and easiest we had seen. Absolutely enjoyable. The beach service, what a kindness! Wifi access at any place of the building, pools and beach, wow. The pools are beautiful, perfect for kids and there is a place for every age. Our condo has one room but the place fit 6 people perfectly. Second visit and we’re coming again

Our room was conveniently located close to the pools + beach access. We discussed how it would’ve been a pain if we stayed in an upper level room. The pool was 50ft from our patio and a 30 second walk to the parking garage. The tiki bar quality/pricing was embarrassing but that had nothing to do with our room.

The king bed was comfortable but the pull out couch bed and bunk mattresses were basically unusable- very springy and uncomfortable. The fridge wasn’t working but they provided a small fridge to use. Lots of clean towels provided, and plenty of appliances and utensils available to use. If you have small kids this is a great place as it’s right across from the kids splash pad. Can’t beat this location either, right on the beach! Overall we enjoyed our stay and the kids had a blast.

Enjoyed our stay. Great location to pools and parking. Loved bottom floor. The couch had some wear on it but totally understandable since the end of the busy season was coming up . The only other thing would be nice if they had a hair dryer. Beside that loved the condo!! This is our 6th time at Waterscape!! Perfect location for everything!!

We fell in love with this resort when we first visited last year, and my husband has always wanted to get a room with a view, but we were fortunate to stay in this unit, which is right outside the kiddy pool– it was perfect for our four and two year old to just go out the patio door ending in a few steps be right at the water playground. The apartment was very clean and cozy. What’s really going to stay with them again

We had an overall enjoyable visit. The room was a great location and we enjoyed being on the first floor. The major issue we had was the A/C stopped working and so we had no air for the last 36 hrs of our stay. We were told maintenance would come but they never did. The pull out couch was very difficult to set up. We had to ask for extra blankets because none were provided besides a thin sheet. And the minimal supply of TP and trash bags for a week’s stay is unreasonably stingy.

Another beautiful trip to WaterScape, the condo location is perfect, located right next to the splash pad and 3 grills which can be used to grill anytime of the day. Condo was stocked full of fresh clean towels. Our blender was broken and the staff had a brand new one at our door within hours! Only suggestion for owner: Plastic plates and cups would be fantastic and maybe a few nonstick pans. Overall it was a great trip, see ya next year 😊

This was either our 3rd or 4th trip to waterscape over the years and I believe we’ve stayed in this exact unit at least once before. It is absolutely perfect for us. This trip we brought our 3 year old daughter, my 13 year old daughter and her friend. The unit was clean and had everything we needed to cook with. We used the grills 3 of the 5 nights which are just outside the room in the pool area for small children. We travel a great deal both as a family and just my wife and I and I can tell you from experience that waterscape is fantastic for convenience, location and just ease of trip. Only left the property a hand full of times so was really able to enjoy our time. It’s a very efficient place in more ways than one.

It was everything we needed in a vacation for our family of 3. Beach was walking distance, the pools were amazing and very fun for the three of us, and the condo was very clean. I can see what some people are saying about the bed, very wonky. Feels like one side is just sunken in. But we are not very heavy people. I’m lighter than my husband too so I think it balanced it out. Other than that, we loved everything about. The location was close to everything. But all we needed was the room, the pool, and the beach. Definitely are going to be booking this room again.

Our family visited the area for a baseball tournament for my son, and our entire team stayed at this resort. The resort amenities are fantastic, and is located right on the beach. The pools and lazy river were a huge hit for the boys, siblings, and parents. We also appreciated the grills located pool side. The condo itself is nice. Minimal supplies in the kitchen, however, we made it work. Keep in mind there are no type of spices/cooking oil in the condo. No foil, zip locks, or much of any type of storage containers either, so you will have to bring your own or purchase. The king bed was decent, sofa sleeper…well it’s a sofa sleeper, and the bunk beds I was told were okay. We used the shower near the laundry and that was great. Water pressure was excellent. Plenty of towels available (basic hotel towels). I would advise to bring extra blankets as there wasn’t much to keep warm at night. The patio area was nice as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend this condo. We enjoyed our stay.

We have come to waterscape for 3 years and LOVE the resort itself . This was the first time in this unit . our stay was very affordable compared to other condos , But I quickly figured out why . Positives : The location itself is fantastic with those with little kids , right out the door from splash pad area and heated pool . In addition we figured out the sun hits the patio around 3 pm in the afternoon which is perfect for kids to nap and adults still get sun. However other than location their were a couple things that were disappointing . Negatives: Master bed was comfortable but don’t count on the pull out couch or the bunk beds hard and very uncomfortable . Bunk beds sit in open area so hard for kids to go to sleep if adults want to stay up . Sheets were like sandpaper, towels were like sandpaper ,remotes to tv didn’t work the entire time which we asked to be fixed and never were , no kuerig , ice maker didn’t work well so you’ll need to buy ice the entire time! The location is prime so a little updating could go a long way !

My husband and I were so excited about this trip as it would be our last familyVacation before we welcomed our new bundle of joy. Checking in was easy, the condo was clean, and the company even called to check to Make sure our check in went smoothly. After we settled into our room for the first night things began to quickly go down hill. The furniture, literally every piece, was extremely uncomfortable. We tried pulling the couch out but it was even worse, hard as a rock. The bunk beds were like you were sleeping on the floor. The bed was the complete opposite, you literally fell into the mattress to the point we js had to roll ourself out of bed. We have stayed at waterscape for the last 5 years and never had to deal with security being so Rude to us over wristbands. Keep in mind others were in the pool playing peer pong, music wide open, and kids ON TOP of the ropes climbing across almost falling on kids. We came so excited about this trip and left exhausted. We tried our best to not come in until time for bed just because we dreaded it.

We love staying at waterscape. This was our fifth time there. Love the decor and upgrades in this unit and that it has the walk out patio. The only downsize was there was no hairdryer or iron and only two pillows on the king size bed.

First thing my wife noticed about the place was the fresh, clean scent whenever we walked in the condo EVERY SINGLE TIME! The cleanliness of the place was great. Convenient to beach (short walk), chair guys VERY FRIENDLY (thank you for providing two chairs and umbrella!), close to restaurants. All in all, very nice stay. Thank you!
