We greatly enjoyed our family vacation to Ft. Walton! The condo is a great location and it was beautiful on the inside. We loved having the gym easily accessible and parking there was a breeze. Would highly recommend it to anyone!

Blu 201 condo was as beautiful as the pictures. It fit our family perfectly. We loved the ease of the 2nd floor and easy access to the beach while still being able to enjoy the views from the balcony.

BLU 201 is our family’s new favorite spot! Gated parking lot for safety! More secluded than most places on the island but only minutes from any amenities you may need! Very clean and beautifully decorated! We will definitely be back!!!

This property was one of the nicest VRBOs I have ever stayed in. Everything about the space was superior! The beds were so comfortable. The view spectacular! Our door space amazing! Pools and other spaces were excellently maintained. Loved this was a gated property. Was traveling with my kid without my husband and gave us additional peace of mind regarding our safety. If only the weather would have cooperated the trip would have been the best! ☺️

7 adults, and 2 children enjoyed our stay the first week of May. The decor was amazing. Beachy feeling, comfortable, plenty of space, and the deck is spacious. The best recommendation I can give it that we’ll be back again. We have never been to Oakaloosa - but have been to Destin, Navarre, Orange Beach, all around the pan handle. This is a perfect spot for us.

Blu 201 was a dream! The condo complex felt very resort-like. The building, pool, and facilities were exceptionally clean and modern. Our family has been staying at condos up and down Okaloosa Island for many years, and Blu is by far the nicest one we've stayed in. Blu 201 felt very upgraded. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and spacious. The kitchen, dining, and living room were also roomy, modern, and comfortable. But the huge balcony was our favorite part (the largest we've seen!). There are two large pools at this complex and the beach access is very convenient and close. We loved everything about this place and hope to return every time we visit Okaloosa Island. Can't rate this one high enough!

The condo was very nice and the complex as well. We enjoyed our stay, but was a little surprised at the worn sofa and the stains on the dinner chairs, bench, and bar stools. Also curtains need cleaning, stains as well. The rugs were dirty and need to be replaced.

The condo was beautiful, clean, and well-kept. I wish the outdoor fire pit were in operation, but it seems it has been out of commission for quite some time. Some more adult drinking glasses would have been appreciated, as there were way too many smaller plastic cups. Overall though, there were no significant issues. The toilet in the main bedroom did "whistle" loudly. I would book again.

2nd floor location great for easy access to beach and parking. Quiet area of the coastline. Property was beautiful and view is 180 degrees of sand and surf. Several good amenities like gym and a firepit, perfect for fall evenings. Good restaurants in the area and quick to get to places like Publix and Wal-Mart to P/U whatever you need. Only negative is the lack of bicycle paths. There is a small sidewalk but did not take my bike out the entire week.

We have stayed at a number of places throughout the years but this condo was the cleanest that I have ever experienced!! 4 adults and 2 preteen girls had plenty of room. Condo was stocked with everything you might possibly need. 2 things I have never seen in a condo that were provided in this one was a drying rack in the master bath for bathing suits etc and a place for your jewelry in the master bedroom. I used both of these every day and now wonder why no one else has thought of this!!

While family back home (northern IL), is experiencing freezing rain and snow, we got to walk on the beach. The weather was so great for the end of December (mid 70’s). The condo was so beautiful and comfortable and spacious. We felt right at home, having our own rooms to relax in. It was so nice to order out and eat as a family and enjoy the views of the beach. It was an added plus to have a laundry room since we spent a ton of time in our swimsuits and needed to wash our sand covered things often. The master bedroom was great! I loved waking up and opening the curtains and seeing the sun rise. The bed was super comfortable too. It was nice to just walk right down to the beach and sit for hours in the sun and bliss out. This place was top notch. Every amenity we could need, we had. Our host was super helpful providing guides, menus, and keeping us in the know for check-in/check-out procedures. Parking was easy and the lot was not crowded. The location was perfect. The street leading to the condo was not super busy. Short drive to downtown with plenty of awesome little shops and restaurants. I’d be so happy to book here again! It was a beautiful and relaxing vacation. There were 7 of us ranging from age 8 to 49. We all had a wonderful time!

We absolutely loved our trip to Blu201! We chose it because we were vacationing with 3 young kids and my father in law. My FIL can't walk up steps very well, so I chose this location so he could sit on the balcony and watch the kids play in the pool and watch us on the beach. It's exactly what he did and he had a great view of it all! It was also safer than a beach house, because it didn't have steps for my toddler to fall down. The condo itself was absolutely perfect! It was so clean and nice. I seriously have high standards of cleanliness and this far exceeded them. By far the cleanest beach property I've ever stayed at! The condo had everything we needed and more! It had a pack and play and high chair which we packed, but was nice to know an extra was there for the next time we choose this location. The bedrooms were a great size and I absolutely loved waking up to ocean views! I still daydream about this trip and will 100% be reserving this condo in the future. The amenities at Blu were also very nice. We went in the down season of early November. Parking was not an issue. The gym set up was simple, but perfect to feel good about eating at all the greasy fish places in the evening. There was pretty much no one in the gym too, so a nice quiet space. The heated pool was fantastic! The one day it was in the 50s so my kids went to the pool rather than the ocean. They loved playing in it and it was so spacious, with Covid we didn't have to worry about being near anyone. Plenty of space for all! The location of Blu is further down the strip. It's about about a 5-10 min car ride to the main pier and restaurants. Which was fine for us. We found a fantastic taco stand in an old car wash called Robinson's Cruise Thru. Great tacos, about a 10 minute drive. The Air Force museum was a lot of fun, even for young kids. It's about a 15 minute drive. Nothing is very far from this location, but the location itself is quiet and you feel like you're on a private beach.

We loved all the king suites and it worked well for our large family group. The condo was well stocked with pans, utensils, and dishes for cooking in. The listing was accurate with what was supplied. It had a variety of games and a few books. There was a playpen and highchair for the 2 year old. The property was well kept. Our favorites were the heated pool, hot tub, and gorgeous beach views. The beach service was a nice added bonus.
