This beautiful ground floor unit allows you to walk out onto Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis. The fabulous living room opens up to a spacious patio with plenty of outdoor seating. Unit B226 is decorated in soothing coastal colors to enhance the tropical feel of the resort. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. There is a quaint round dining table with seating for four in the dining area. This lovely home offers a full bath with a stand-up shower and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, 50' TV, and DVD player. The living room also houses a set of twin bunk beds. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath, TV, DVD player, and spacious closet. Wireless internet is also available.

My family loves staying here this will make our 3rd year with the resort and the second booking with this room, it is in a Great location and quiet. Beds were great for everyone in our group and the resort makes check in/check out a very easy process. We cannot wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay! The location really was top notch for us! Plenty of places to eat close by and things to do with kids! And right on the beach! You can tell the property and rooms are getting older, and run down a bit. It will probably be time for some updates soon!

Great condo for families with kids, only downfall would be the walk to the beach unless unit is on beach end. Lots of pool options. Felt like being resort. Parking and finding building A B or C could be confusing.

We had a great stay. The condo was very clean and equipped. The only complaint I would have is that once the water was shut off on Tuesday the water stayed brown in the front bathroom and my daughter didn’t use that shower anymore. This was not a big problem with there being 2 bathrooms though. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and will return.

Loved the kitchen. Dryer was so slow and we had to run it at least 3 times in order to dry clothes and towels. Plenty of storage, towels, kitchen items to use throughout the week.

I stayed here with my husband and our cousins while celebrating my birthday. The check-in process was streamlined and simple and the host was in contact with us constantly to make sure that everything was good. The place was spacious and the property has lots of great amenities, like 2 hot tubs and a 24 hour gym. You also have access to beach chairs and umbrella and paddle boarding. Also, it's less than a 5 min walk to the beach and the location is convenient (right next to 24hr gas station and waffle house.) My only complaint is that the condo is quite empty, so if you want extra blankets or pillows definitely bring your own. Also, bring k cups because they have a nice coffee maker! Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

The condo was very clean and was as described in the listing. The beds and furniture were comfortable. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. The apartment is in a huge complex and was hard to find at first, because you have to park on a different level, then take an elevator. We arrived when the office was closed, so we had to find it ourselves. I’m sure that when you check in at the office first, they give you detailed directions. The complex has some very nice amenities for families (in warm weather). But it is also a huge complex.

We stayed with our 19month hold and had a really nice time. The ground level walk out was perfect for my son to go outside and run around in the grass, also made getting to the pool easy. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The kid pool area and lazy river were perfect for our little family. The entire splash pad was out of order for our entire trip which was a bummer and I wish we would have been made aware ahead of time. We also loved being able to walk right down to the beach. The only thing that made our trip less than perfect was Vacasa, the property management company. They first gave us the wrong floor to park on which made finding our unit a nightmare. They also were not very accommodating.

The condo itself was great, though the complex is a little confusing. We stayed in the B building on the 2nd floor. We had to go to the 3rd floor walk a short distance to another elevator then take it to the 2nd floor. The complex grounds were great and well cared for with greenery and plenty of pools to choose from for your entertainment! The communication was great until it was time to leave. When we were heading out, way before checkout time, a gentlemen was getting ready to enter the condo to take pictures. He stated he was told it was vacant. If we had been a little slower leaving he would have walked right in our condo which is very concerning. This was around 8:15am and checkout time is 10am. Other than this weird anomaly, everything was amazing!

Super family friendly. Our 4 year old had an amazing time. Our unit had everything we needed including in-room laundry. Easy walk to the beach. May have been the cleanest beach I have ever been on. Super easy check in/out process. Short walk on the beach to some great food in either direction!

We really enjoyed our stay and how convenient our back patio was to the pools. We are hoping to come back soon and enjoy the pools and beach even more when we have more time and not there for a baseball tournament. This was the perfect spot for us to stay to enjoy what time we could at the pools and beach and only a couple miles from the ball park. Best of both worlds for us!!

The condo was great! We really enjoyed our stay. It has easy access to all of the pools and beach through the large sliding glass doors. It was very clean and well kept. Travel sized body washes and soap bars were provided free of charge also paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods were also provided. There were also plenty of wash cloths and towels given for use. It also had plenty of comfortable sleeping spaces and places to entertain guests. Everything inside seemed to be recently renovated and had new fixtures and kitchen LG appliances with plenty of cooking utensils, plates, cups, and silverware in the kitchen. There were also plenty of activities and things to do for kids as there were board games in the closet and 2 Wi-Fi smart TVs that support Netflix and other streaming apps. We have 0 complaints and highly recommend this condo. Thanks for having us and we will be sure to book again in the future!
