"Parking was easy. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Room is basic and not exceptional (as expected, not paying for luxury). Window was shuttered and taped closed (odd). No issues. "

"Need to add items to the breakfast. I wasn't able to have much that was offered. They should add bread, bagels. Cereals, jam, etc. And a toaster. All the items they have has eggs and meats. Hard for a vegetarian."

"The A.C. worked just fine, I just didn't like how close it was to the bed. It was a clean room and I like the mirror addition on the back wall of the bed! Breakfast was good, simple but good. Staff was very nice. Overall I give it a 4 out of 5."

"We used this location for a trip to the new Hard Rock casino in Tejon. I recommend this location and it’s only 17 min from the casino."

"The lady at check in was cold and unprofessional. She refused a restroom to a minor and didn't speak a word until the end of the check in process to direct us upstairs. Absolutely appalling behavior for a hospitality position at the front desk. The night auditor and day clerk were both kind and acknowledged our existence when we ran into them later in our stay. The room was sparse. The conditioner was empty... with the front desk lady being so unwelcoming we didn't ask for more conditioner or more towels. The kids did enjoy the pool. We didn't get breakfast because the lady never told us when it was or where it was at. Truly diabolical for a busy hub and expensive rat trap of a dilapidated hotel. Best Western is trash compared to the brand quality previously and this one has been the worst due to the unfriendly behavior. "

"The bedrooms and family room were spacious. The pool and hot tub were relaxing. The location was easy to get to even with a lowered adapted wheelchair van. I had room to set up a 18 foot wheelchair ramp to the stairs in the back of the property. The best view is the upstairs master bedroom in the main cabin. The host was very prompt keeping in contact. It was very kind of him to send a cleaning crew to offer more supplies. This was the perfect rental to modify for someone in a wheelchair. My father enjoyed his time with here and I am grateful for the memories in such a beautiful, peaceful location. "

"We stayed here for a church retreat, and it was perfect for what we needed. It had lots of room for everyone, and a great kitchen for preparing lots of food. The game room and bunk room can be cold/hot as they are either not on the HVAC system or are just under insulated. It wasn't a problem for us, but when we return to this rental, we will probably bring a couple space heaters."
