"The room was nicely cleaned. The two issues we encountered were: 1. The breakfast food was cold and the eggs were powdered. 2. The water pressure in the room was barely a trickle and we were unable to have a shower because the flow was so weak."

"The staff were absolutely lovely and very friendly. They welcomed us with warm smiles and made sure we had everything we needed to check in, park, check out and even took the time to wish us safe travels when we were walking out of the lobby. Incredible customer service. The hotel room itself is very dated, with older, worn furniture... but the room was clean, the beds were very firm (but it wasn't uncomfortable), and the café breakfast buffet was average. Really, the location is fantastic for concerts at Rogers Place, but it was the people that work at the hotel that made our stay a positive experience. If you don't mind dated rooms - this is a great place to stay. "

"I would like to give a comment to Ms. Emma very friendly and accommodating. But the bath tub in our room was slippery, body wash container is empty. Cleaner is knocking on our door even though it's not yet 11:00 AM"

"Our recent stay was very good, we especially liked the indoor walkway to Rogers Place. The staff were great, the room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Our room was well stocked with towels, glasses, cups, coffee, etc. complementary water was available at the front desk. Your room was required to operate the elevator and to access the hotel in the later hours which gave us a sense of security. The only drawback to our hotel experience was locating an elevator once parked in the underground parking lot. Level one had signage but Level two was a different story."

"closet door wouldn't close, the base of the bed had sharp corners that you couldn't help bumping into, the sliding barn door for the bathroom was heavy and noisy, the bathtub was very slippery (no mat)."

"I was very disappointed with my stay and will not be returning. The problems started at check-in when staff couldn’t find my reservation because my name had been entered incorrectly. It took a significant amount of back-and-forth before the issue was finally resolved. As compensation, I was given an upgraded room, but unfortunately that room smelled absolutely awful and was not suitable to stay in, so I had to be moved again. The second room wasn’t much better. The hotel is located right beside a major highway, and the traffic noise was constant throughout the stay. On top of that, the air conditioning unit would not maintain the temperature properly and seemed to run continuously, making it difficult to get comfortable or sleep well. Overall, what should have been a simple hotel stay turned into a frustrating experience from start to finish. Between the reservation issues, room changes, unpleasant odors, noise, and malfunctioning climate control, I cannot recommend this hotel and won’t be staying here again."

"Staff friendly and helpful attitude. Room was clean but I'll just the smell of room i think the carpet to have air freshener or shampoo the carpet. The area is beautiful there is a place to walk and run and relax ."
