"It was an old hotel. Internet was very poor. Watching TV and it would turn off. Was told since the hotel was full, it will be like this the our whole stay. There was a severe storm the night before we left. Came back to hotel and water was throughout the room. No one was at the front desk because it closes at 11:00pm. Therefore, we had to use the towels that were given to us. We advised the staff in the morning before we left. They acted so surprised that water came through the door. Otherwise, in a great location, close to walkable restaurants. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the beach since the beach was being re-sanded. "

"Hallway carpets and elevator were filthy. Hot tub under construction, not that I would ever use it. Didn’t look at breakfast room. Not my kind of hotel, never again. "

"Great place right on a channel off the Indian river. We had our boat and the dock was great. Beautiful touches and amenities to the home made it so relaxing And for a great vacation. Thanks for having us ! Hope to be back in 2027 "

"What we received in room #2 was nothing like the pictures in the listing. There were dirty shelves that were in the picture. But that is where it ended. Hairs in the sheets (new ones were left so we could change ourselves). Floors made my feet black. Entire place was run down. People were generally very upset when they saw there rooms. The cops showed up one night because a lady couldn't get in touch with the host and didn't want to stay in a windowless room. At least that is what I heard her yelling. This may have been what the listing shows about 8 years ago. It isn't anymore. We booked 3 nights and left after 2. The roaches on the counter in day light and the abismal mattress made it inhospitable for us. I think the location is great. I think in some cases you could rent these rooms with a bit of maintenance and some good cleaning. You might even be able to do so for almost the listed cost. But I felt lied to and duped. The listing not matching the listing make it feel like a total scam. Can't say don't do it enough. Beach is nice in the area. It's 300 yard or so away There are no staff present on site. The cleaners avoided us at all costs. Host is very slow to reply. Could be a very cute property but it isn't in March of 26"
