"Bota is unique place & we felt very privileged to have stay within. I was unfortunately very sick & Mary is a beautiful caring staff member.Exceptional at her trade. Especially her breakfasts with fresh squeeze orange juice & lemon & ginger tea.
Karla also provided impeccable service & we highly recommend Bota Palace.
The only suggestions we could pin point is to provide visible reading instructions on the air conditioner ,Television & remotes .

"Amazing stay and location, we loved the attic apartment. It was clean, great shower, two tvs, and had everything we needed. WiFi worked well. We would stay again, however two things to note- for attic room you have to step across staircase to get to room from living room, we kind of got used to it but it was a safety hazard. And on checkout day we were told to leave our luggage in a back room that had no lock, not ideal but fine, and when we came back our suitcases were left in reception...

"Super easy check-in. Lots of info from Edi and Alen. We opted for the airport pick and it went great. Car was waiting for us when we arrived just make sure they drop you off at the Pile gate. Room was as expected and lots of hot water and amenities were as described. Breakfast was brought to our room (plus), and it was instagram worthy, amazing presentation. There was some noise from the bars downstairs, so if you’re a light sleeper, you may want to pass, but we didn’t mind the noise as we went...
