"Getting in to the hotel, and figuring out where to park, is pretty weird and confusing. Access is only available through a lobby shared with another hotel, after walking through a parking garage (which doesnt allow parking). If you arrive to check in at night, you cant get in unless a guest swipes for you. Not sure if this is only temporary or what, as it does look like theres construction on the ground level. "

"Location was excellent. Walking distance to Broadway. Place was clean but needs deep clean (baseboards, walls etc) . Also would be great if they left more than one roll toilet paper and tissue in unit for 3 people. We had to call everyday to get more. We called the front desk at 630 am on our last morning as we had run out. The front desk didnt have any and they couldn’t get until cleaning staff arrived at 7 am. 2 hours later and 2 more phone calls no still no toilet paper or tissue!"
