It is in a decent part of town (north end) with lots of cute cafe’s near by without the hype of ‘downtown’. The feel is very much like an Airbnb. Access to the property was easy. "When we checked in, we never got a hospitality bag like others did also our room was never cleaned on the second night. They provided towels garbage bag so we had to do it ourselves. Had to call down cause we had no hot water had to wait two hours before we got some. On checkout they charged us another $250 instead of refund $250. We missed our breakfast because we had to hurry up and grab our flight. Besides all of that, it’s a nice hotel."

"The hot tub was lovely. There was no continental breakfast out like they said in the description. The AC did not work in our room so it was quite hot. Also based on the layout of the house all the light from the kitchen poured into our room at night even with the blinds down. We were able to shut off the kitchen light but other guests kept turning it back on."
