Welcome to Andre Mar, a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom coastal retreat in Fort Myers Beach, just 0.3 miles from the sugar-white sands! This sunlit getaway offers the perfect blend of luxury and comfort with a private pool, spacious outdoor living areas, and a screened balcony with scenic views. Inside, enjoy designer finishes, an open-concept layout, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for anything from coffee to cocktails. The main level features a king master suite, a queen guest room, and a cozy sleeper sofa in the living room. The private studio downstairs includes a king bed, living area, kitchen, and full bath—ideal for extended family or added privacy, with its own entrance! Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If you are looking for a day trip, check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse, less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. The home exactly as advertised. Downstairs has a separate entrance, downstairs small kitchen area Could use kitchen ware, utensils, etc.Enjoyed our time there. Traffic on Estero Blvd.is improving.

My overall impression of this property was that it is good, not great. It is situated about mid island. There was a lot of construction on the street during our stay, which I know couldn’t have been helped. Many of the houses that were hit by hurricane Ian are getting rebuilt. The house itself is lovely. Up at the front steps it was easy entry with a keypad to get inside. The kitchen is new, little and cute. It was very clean upon our arrival. There is an eating area just inside the door and passed it a comfortable living room. Two bedrooms complete the upper house. The hallway bathroom that serves the living area and bedroom is outdated, but works just fine. The other bedroom has a nice sized closet and en suite, freshly renovated bathroom that is absolutely lovely. There is a door in this bedroom leading to a small spiral staircase that takes you down to the private pool. The backyard is a little oasis. Accessible from the backyard is another living space that I would call studio style. It’s clearly newer with just a mini kitchen. There are no dishes in the lower level, but there is a fridge, sink, microwave and air fryer. It was a bit awkward With the two living spaces being completely separate from one another and so many access points in and out of the house. The laundry is in the garage, which is actually quite nice if you want to throw a load in while the kids play in the pool, but then there’s the moving of dirty or laundered clothes up the tiny spiral Stairs.
