"I had a phenomenal five-day, four-night, mid-September visit at Polkerris! Laura and her team really rolled out the red carpet and made me feel so welcome. I had the entire place to myself for my whole visit as no other guests were there, and I felt safe and secure in the gated facility as a solo female traveler. The building and lush grounds were gorgeous, especially the 🏊♀️pool and spacious veranda where I had breakfast every morning. They gave me the opportunity to pick from the menu what I wanted to eat each morning. The Jamaican Blue Mountain ☕️coffee and fresh fruit were absolutely delicious, especially the fresh 🥭mango picked daily from a tree in the backyard. My ground-floor room was convenient, comfortable, and spotless. I enjoyed spectacular views from my window. This b&b is safely walkable to the Hip Strip including shopping, dining, entertainment, a casino, and at least three free 🏖️beaches within minutes. Also, the ground 🚍transportation Laura arranged for me was reliable and safe. Even received a sweet parting 🎁gift when I checked out. I would definitely stay there again!"
"I loved this property. It was almost perfect as the staff was absolutely wonderful. They were so nice, especially in the restaurants. They should consider a few upgrades and have a cleaning checklist to make sure rooms are thoroughly cleaned, otherwise this was such a wonderful place."

"Walkable to beach and a main strip.. if you are good with hills and steep steps. Decent food by poolside bar within property. Safe and friendly place to enjoy a short visit or extended stay. Good view of the bay from rooftop and my room also faced the water from terrace. "

The waitress who served us breakfast was v nice friendly and polite. We chose to have a Jamaican breakfast that was artisically arranged,the taste was exquisite but so much food we could not finish it!!!!
