Easy check in. Decent WiFi. Great Customer service and safe and friendly driver Brian (a big plus for solo female travelers). Room clean and pool was clean. I got clean towels daily. Close to the hip strip and beaches. Highly recommend for price.

The property is quite dated but well maintained and the staff are more than happy to help. I was there when hurricane Melissa hit and the hotel suffered minimal damage thankfully. I would like to thank everyone at the hotel for their help and support.

Clean and cozy only took much Miskitos, some cockroachs in my our room. All staff and the owner very kind and helpful. I got a car hit not far from this place they look after me so well. Taxi expensive, good expensive but we share food to local. This place is good if you have car very quiet from people 2 mins from airport. Thank you so much Clua Shalos Dorris and others

Property is dated but clean. The pool was very nice and relaxing. The air conditioning worked well but only in the room. You had to keep the fan on high to keep up with the lack of a/c in the bathroom and the louvered windows. The windows also allowed for sound to easily travel in and out. Shops and restaurants were a 15 minute walk (one significant hill). Taxi service was easy to get.

We had a very large and comfortable apartment. The balcony had a lovely view of the ocean. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful—we had run out of cash, ATMs never have cash but she helped arrange taxis for us late in the night.

Very close to the airport and town. Staff were great. The pool is very nice. You have private bathroom and bedroom, shared living room and great wifi as well. Great price, very old building but clean and yard is very nice with beautiful plants.

For $180 per night, this apartment feels overpriced for what is offered. The unit has two bedrooms, but there is no kitchen or microwave, and only a small mini refrigerator that is plugged in upon check-in. The air conditioning works in the bedrooms, but the living room becomes very hot and uncomfortable during the day. On the positive side, the staff is friendly, the booking process is easy, and check-in is straightforward. This is actually my second time staying here over the past eight years, which says something about the convenience of the location. However, it has never been a place I would choose for an extended stay. Overall, it’s acceptable for a one-night visit, but for the price, I expected more amenities and comfort.

I've stayed at this guest house twice now, and both times have been absolutely wonderful. The front desk staff, especially Rochelle and the other lady working with her, were always available, helpful, and incredibly kind. Rochelle is especially easy to communicate with—very friendly and professional, which really made a difference during my stays. The guest house is clean, cozy, and well-maintained. It has a calm, welcoming atmosphere that made me feel at home. The location is convenient, and everything I needed was either provided or easily accessible. Because of the excellent service and overall experience, I didn’t hesitate to return for a second stay—and I’d gladly come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay!
