10/10 Excellent

"This is the second time that we stayed here in an ocean front room and everything was excellent both times. We had a really great view from our balcony and it was very quiet. Other than that the beach and boardwalk is less than 100 yards from the elevators and there was plenty of onsite parking. A lot of reviews mention tight parking spots which had me a bit concerned but we found that is not the case. The spaces are plenty wide."

"I’m impressed with this boutique hotel. Clean, well appointed rooms, charming atmosphere. Perfect for a quiet getaway. The rooftop pool and deck is relaxing and full of sunshine with a great view of the wharf across the street. I can’t say enough about this gem. The town is just as charming for shopping or dining. Beach, activities and dining are all within walking distance."

"While having breakfast, our son opened a bag containing a bagel and toasted it. After he began eating it, we noticed that the bagel was covered with mold. This was extremely concerning and suggests that the breakfast items are not being properly inspected and that expiration dates may not be carefully monitored by the staff. We immediately brought the issue to the attention of the breakfast attendant and showed her the moldy bagel. However, her only response was a simple "Sorry," with no further action, concern, or attempt to address the issue"

"1st off the rooms were very nice seems like they were just recently redone. The breakfast was ok same thing every day. The pool needs drained and re-painted same with hot tub And it was a little dark in pool room. The ad says there's a pool table, there's no pool table. The young guy at the front desk was VERY nice and helpful. The door cards were very poor we had our cards reset about 10-12 times in 3 the days. The other workers were nice but not much English. Parking was good the carpet going up stairs either needs replaced or a very hard cleaning very cruddy. All in all I would give it a 5 out of 10 but with a little work, add some things to breakfast and it could be a strong 8-9. Thanks. Mark S. Stayed 5/29/26 to 06/01/26"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location but inside not so great. Had a ton of ants and flies."
