"From check in to check out this was a wonderful townhouse! Check in was super easy and Steve made sure we had easy to follow directions to get us there, even let us check in early! The townhouse itself is as beautiful as the pictures and was immaculately cleaned. Very well stocked from the kitchen,linens to the everyday needs and some pool toys and games for kids which we really appreciated! The pool is a short walk from the front door and a path we used often. Steve was quick to give us a heads...

"A lot of space for everyone to have their own room. Great entertainment space out back. Pool is cold.and there was a $150 fee to heat it which was unreasonable particularly as we only learned it the day we were heading there (it takes 48 hours to heat). We got good use out of other amenities and had some friends over who were also on spring break. Its a great place if you like to be self contained!"

Stayed here comfortably with 17 friends for my bachelorette, where we spent most of our time lounging in the pool (photos don’t do it justice!) this house exceeded our needs! And the communication between the property managament team was extremely efficient and helpful. Would love to stay here again with the opportunity!"

"We had a great time in Scottsdale watching our son in the PAC 12 tournament. This house was perfect for our family with a huge comfy sectional, giant tv, 3 bedrooms with large beds, TV’s in two of the bedrooms, towels for the pool, and plenty of bath towels and essentials in all 3 bathrooms. It was a nice quiet neighborhood, centrally located, communication from owners was excellent. We were able to bbq, hang out at the pool and go out in the evening with section Scottsdale a 10 min drive away....
