We were waited on by Favis with kid gloves. The birthday amenities and a big surprise for our anniversary celebration was “awesome” We love the JW Marriott with my Bonvoy membership. "Beautiful views from room - quiet We stayed in a Casita and great shuttle service to the amenities. Rooms are older and not as well maintained as I’d expect for this resort. Only complaint is serious lack of EV chargers. There’s 2 and only 1 works. "

"The staff were all so wonderful. The room was really pretty and had nice artistic touches. The water park was really fun and a great way to beat the heat. There was an adult only pool too that felt very secluded and peaceful. Aunt Chiladas was tasty. We were always able to easily get a ride on a golf cart around the property which was very helpful in the heat."
