"Loved the shuttle service within 2kms. Very kind staff. We appreciated the complimentary daily water and cookies and the water machine. Nice big rooms. Two pools and hot tub were great!"

"The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean. The on site food was delicious. The negative part was the water slide not working during our stay. We specifically booked this hotel for the slide. Nobody ever emailed us or was it mentioned on the website that the slide would be down for repairs. My kids were disappointed."

"The hotel staff was very accommodating and helped us check in a little early as we had spa appointments. The beds were comfortable. The room is spacious. The bathroom products have a slight scent that was very pleasing and not overwhelming. There are numerous places to eat - from grab and go to a fine dining restaurant. We had dinner and breakfast in the new Sports Entertainment restaurant, and both meals were very good. This was great for a "staycation" - spa treatments, meal, bingo and gambling. It was raining so we did not try the pool, but it looked inviting."
