This super cute one bdrm apt is located DT and is conveniently on the ground floor (mobility friendly). This uniquely decorated space is off of the alley so you won't be bothered by the trains (although the depot is right across the road). You will also have a great view of the river while enjoying the beautiful court yard. The space boasts a historic Iowa State Penitentiary decor. Pictures, history and unique features will immerse you into one of the draws of SE Iowa.

Excellent property! Nice sitting area outside looking at the river. Beautiful views with a breeze the nite we enjoyed it. Property manager on site making sure you are comfortable and taken care of.

Best Prison Stay Ever!

This apartment was perfect for us. The location was great, within walking distance to the downtown area and the Ft Madison riverfront park area. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had a creative prison theme that gave it a unique charm. It met all our needs and even had thoughtful extras like a sleeping mask, which was a nice touch. Having a personal parking spot made things super convenient. Highly recommend for a cozy and hassle-free stay.

The communications were 5 star. So clean, modern and comfortable. The river view you step out to is gorgeous. Best stay in Ft. Madison we've had yet. Hopefully we will stay again on future visits.

A tall person's shower

Nice little apartment. Clean. Bed was comfortable. I'm 6'2" and I didn't have to bend over to wash my hair. Most showers are made for people 5 ft tall. This one was a pleasant surprise.
