"Both Peter & Cynthia were great to communicate with & very helpful from day 1. Fresh fruit & veg & seafood purchased at the waterfront 3 mins walk from the apartment, as well as supermarket items, butchers, bakery within 5 mins walk. Restaurants catering to every need are along the waterfront 3-5 mins walk. Bus stop 2 mins walk or bus terminus 5 mins walk took us to all the busy locations where a car was not practical. We also hired a car & always found parking in our street at odd times. The accommodation is quite modern & has many (well thought through) features like plenty of space for toiletries in the bathrooms, double glazed windows & sliding doors for silence@ night, good sized practical kitchen with an additional breakfast bar/island bench for eating/food prep separate to the dining room table, plenty of cupboard/draws space for clothes, luggage/other items, shoe rack & hanging rack at doorway very practical. Office/study space allowed us to work from our laptops when needed. Plenty of power points & wifi was very quick. Building & apartment security with video intercom guaranteed ourselves or our belongings were never at risk but after being here for 3 weeks you realise it is a very safe community anyway. Street neighbors are very friendly. We lived on the terraces mostly off the loungeroom. The large double opening sliding doors made the terrace with amazing views an extension of our living space & there was always a nice flow of air. Absolutely highly recommended."

"The view from the balcony is beautiful. Quite area. Easy access to food stores and restaurants. Bus terminal very close. There are 5 flights of stairs so not for those with limited mobility."

"Our family holiday to celebrate our daughter getting married was wonderful from start to finish! When we arrived it was even more amazing than I imagined! Everyone was blown away by the villa, view, pool, bedrooms, 3 games rooms and of course Spa. We were in a great location for walking to shops, restaurants etc..We hired a private catering company to come to the villa and do a rehearsal dinner for our daughter getting married. Both families stayed on the bride and grooms side and there was more than enough space to not being ontop of each other. The manager was friendly. Maybe a quicker response with help booking catering and a yatch would have been helpful as we didn't get a response so we did it ourselves. Also there was a tiny mirror in the bedroom by the pool which was too small to do make up or use, so a bigger one would be great and the cupboards didn't have long hanging space in any room for long dresses. Maybe some hooks for dressing gowns would make it even more perfect. It definitely was a magical experience and we would have loved to stay more than a week as it flew by.Thank you "

"Our group of ten adults couldn't fault our stay here. The villa is one of the most incredible places any of us had ever stayed, equipped with more than enough entertainment on top of magnificent views and a great location. The facilities and cleanliness were second to none. Brenda and Amanda were very helpful throughout the booking and stay, helping with recommendations and support as we needed it. We will never forget our time in Marsaskala! "

"This hotel is a hidden gem in a popular country. We stayed 4 nights here. The staff was exceptional in setting up a very home feel environment for their guests. We had many conversation and chats even with the other guests in a very relaxing and comfortable evenings. We had dinner 3 nights in the hotel and they are able to indulged my appetite with 3 nights of fish which I love. The room itself was basic but functional and clean. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we recommend your stay too."
