"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We have been visiting Niagara on the Lake yearly for decades and this is our first stay at Shaw Club Hotel. Our room was spotless. The linens for the beds and bathroom were very good quality. With the exception of a few noisy neighbours, the hotel is very quiet. Our only criticisms are the poor lighting and lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom. As well as the extremely difficult tap to operate in the shower. Of note, the receptionist did not inquire about our stay when we were checking out. "

"Great home that was very comfortable and excellent location. The view of the water from the entire back of the house was amazing. The massage chair was an extra treat that was well utilized. The owners thought of every detail to make the home enjoyable. Highly recommend this home and look forward to returning again."

"Overall, this was an extremely disappointing stay. On a positive note, the location was great, the beds were comfortable and check-in was easy. However, there were too many negatives to overlook. Many windows didn’t not have screens, there is not a secure area in the garage for garbage. We put our garbage in a bin, but other garbage had been scattered on garage floor. The worst issue was ants (in bathroom, kitchen counter dining room). We made a decision to leave 2 days early due to the ants. Host did not respond to me after I messaged about leaving early."

"Other than trying to get the TV to work, which was difficult all in all this place is fabulous. I love the location off the main street, which is quaint and quiet easy access easy check-in. All your amenities are met for a great value. This hotel has such character.."
