Fall in Love with this luxurious modern home located on the South Coast of Canada, otherwise known as Crystal Beach. From the moment that you enter this enchanted space, the idyllic waterfront views showcased by expansive floor to ceiling windows, will evoke a sense of calm and serenity like none other. A new build that has state of the art finishes on a large private beachfront lot with a beautiful deck on the north side of the house. Enjoy your favourite morning coffee pick or an evening cocktail to the soothing sounds of the waves unfolding at the shoreline along with the breeze coming off of the lake. Spend your days in the sand on the amazing beach and snuggle up inside by the gas fireplace on cool evenings.

There is space for up to 8 guests with an upscale kitchen that provides all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay including a washer & dryer. There are two king bedrooms, one double sofa bed, two oversized single converted beds and a gorgeous 3-piece bath with a beautiful glass shower. Featuring a large deck with outdoor seating and a propane grill (seasonally from May to October) . The kitchen boasts black stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and an island with seating for 4. This open concept space has a gas fireplace, flat screen television, and a sonos speaker. The decor is upscale and sophisticated with various textures and the calming colours of the sand, sea and ocean.

With stairs down to the private beach this is a perfect vacation spot to relax in the sun and swim in the beautiful lake that has a very shallow walk out which is great for kids. It is located on the main strip of Crystal Beach and a short walk to many restaurants, ice cream parlours and boutique shops.

The outdoor deck will be outfitted with a patio dining set and a conversational set. There is a BBQ available for your use seasonally from May to October.

This is also a phenomenal location for paddle boarding and kayaking. There is a lot of space on the north side of the home to store your equipment and boat launches are nearby.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATIONS

Each of the bedrooms have been named after a crystal with specific healing properties to that stone. You will find the name of the room and a description of the healing properties outside of each bedroom. We hope that during your stay, you can take some time to be “In the Moment” and connect with your inner self. At the same time, being mindful of the healing properties from the crystal associated with each room. Crystal healing is an integral part of deepening one’s self awareness with the hopes of reaching higher levels of spirituality and alignment with one’s own self. We provide all linens and bath towels, cookware, and dinnerware. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for your use on the beach.

Please note this property has a secondary suite that is the top two levels. While this lower suite does not face the beach it has a separate outdoor dining and seating area along with shared beach access with the other suite. This Premium Suite may or not be rented during your stay. VRBO 20968526

The homes have separate outdoor areas, but beach access is shared. There is plenty of shared parking. This is a great location for two or three families to enjoy a beachfront getaway. Contact me for group pricing on both suites combined that can sleep up to 20 guests.

This home is best enjoyed by traveling families and we do not make considerations for a large group of young adults. Please note that there are two sets of stairs and baby gates are not provided. We do not allow pets at this home.

We respectfully ask that you treat our home with respect and consider it as your home away from home and remain considerate of the neighbours always.

Our beach house is in a residential area and local bylaws require quiet time between the hours of 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.

The Renter whose name the reservation is made in, is responsible for the conduct of all those using or occupying the vacation property and/or its grounds throughout the duration of their stay.

When you are not in the house and upon final departure, guests must close and lock all windows and doors. In addition, upon final departure, the Renter must ensure that all food and beverages are removed from the rental property including cabinets, refrigerators and freezers. Failure to remove these items may result in additional cleaning fees

Renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the rental property caused by them or as a result of their negligence or caused by or as a result of negligence by anyone permitted on the property during their stay.

Smoking is not permitted inside.

Please note that absolutely no other items other than bathroom tissue are to be flushed down the toilet. ANYTHING other than bathroom tissue should be placed in the garbage. Any misuse could result in plumbing issues and service calls or repairs will be charged back to the client.
