Inside the main house, you'll be treated to comforts that include big-screen Smart TVs, new appliances, two dining tables that are ideal for groups, ample skylights, Tempurpedic mattresses in the bedrooms, and a fireplace for chilly coastal evenings. The neighboring guesthouse comes complete with a kitchenette, a living room, a bedroom and bathroom, a Smart TV, and front and rear decks.

This home enjoys a spectacular beachfront position in Fort Bragg, mere steps away from the shore and the MacKerricher Coastal Trail. You'll be only four miles north of downtown, where you can search for treasures on Glass Beach, hop on board the Skunk Train, or grab a local beer at North Coast Brewing. The gorgeous Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens are seven miles south, and downtown Mendocino's art galleries, coffee shops, and great restaurants are only seven miles beyond on a scenic stretch of California Highway 1.

This home is amazing. The view is incredible. House is very clean and kitchen has plenty of everday use stuff. The beds are super comfy. I love the gas fireplace in the living room. I have rented this home several times and hope to continue through the years.

We’ve rented several houses in the neighborhood for several years now for family vacations and this was the cleanest home we’ve ever rented. Very well stocked kitchen, nice towels & linens , the home decorating is beautifully done with attention to detail.We will definitely rent this home again!

The location. Walk straight to the beach

We enjoyed our stay. The house had room for us all to sleep comfortably. It would have been nice to have more seating in the living room, but not a game changer for us. Kitchen was equipped so we cooked with ease. It would be nice to also have a vegetable peeler and a can opener. We loved being so close to the beach! The views were amazing! We would stay here again!

When we arrived the House was only 55 degrees. It took over 8 hours to get temperature to 68 degrees. I informed the property manager and they told me there wasn’t a heater in house. I had to take a picture of the thermostat and send to they to prove there was a heater. There was a door knob size hole in hallway wall and pieces of tile were missing from the front of the fireplace. I informed the property manager of these issues and they also had me send pictures of damage. The hot tub was heated to 104 degrees, but the jets were not working. The front deck support structure is rotted, resulting in deck boards that give way when you walk on them. Definitely a safety issue. The first morning there we were awakened by a truck backing up next to bedroom. Then a big hose came flying over the deck railing and onto the deck right outside the bedroom French doors. Two guys climb onto deck, flip up two doors built into the deck. They start pumping the septic tank. I had to jump up to close curtains just for privacy. All of a sudden the entire house smelled like raw sewage. We had to leave for the day. The odor was still in house when we returned that evening. It was raining the last night we were there and there was a substantial leak through the slider on primary bathroom sliding glass door causing s little stream across the bathroom floor. Another safety issue. The siding on the house needs refinishing, very shabby. This is the third time we have stayed here. Probably the last.

We rented Sea Dream and Sand Dollar for a family trip. Both were stocked with decent cookware and tableware. The home was tastefully decorated, with large windows worth ocean view. As weather permitted, we spent a lot of time on the large front deck. A wonderful vacation!

This house is awesome. I love it, every time I stay there. It is becoming my home away from home. The place is clean and has everything included that you would need. All you have to do is buy the food. Love the great access to the beach, the big back patio, fire pit, seeing deer roam around the home and just being sooooo comfortable. My youngest son now wants a house on the beach to have as a get away home... ❤🌊🏠

By the gallery pictures we knew it was a beautiful home but we were so impressed by each room. As the rest of my family arrived, we could hear the oo's and aw's as they toured the house. Wished early checkin had been available - by 4:00 its getting a little cool and windy to enjoy the outdoor activities.

The rental is fantastic; big enough that our party of 12 + an infant and two dogs never felt like we were on top of each other, even when we were all in the big house together. Decor is beautiful but comfortable and a little worn; everything you’d expect from a well-loved beach house. And the location is UNBEATABLE. Literally steps to a beautiful stretch of beach that we saw MAYBE 15 or 20 other people on at most at any given time, but usually we pretty much had it all to ourselves. About a 5 minute drive into town. We had only two real complaints: the mattresses on the pullout sofas are absolutely horrible, (the one in the downstairs bedroom was especially bad and also stained). Our toddlers and kids didn’t mind but I can’t imagine an adult sleeping on it. The only other thing was the cleanliness. The downstairs shower would not drain, so we lifted the trap and found an enormous clog of hair. The floors were also pretty dirty, and not with sand like you’d expect and which would have been fine; we’re ‘no shoes in the house’ people, and instantly found ourselves walking around with black feet. We kind of had to give the place a quick once-over with the broom after that, just for our own peace of mind. With that said though, we loved our week here and would 100% not hesitate to stay here again. Also, this rental does have a high chair and cribs, but just be aware that they’re mini-cribs, so if you have an older baby or toddler you may still want to bring a pack n play 😉

This vacation home was wonderful. Rode horses on the beach. Rode bikes and walked to the beach. Rode the Skunk Train. I highly recommend vacationing at this beautiful home.
