"Very clean, comfortable bed. Neo on the desk was wonderful! Breakfast was lacking did have hot food but turkey sausage was rubbery and dry, not enough breads. No black tea. Breakfast attendant was not friendly."

"THE LOBBY AREA AND PARKING WERE CLEAN, THE STAFF NOT TOO FRIENDLY, ONLY 3 TOWELS IN THE BATHROOM THE WERE STAINED AND THEN THE NEXT DAY THEY TOOK THE TOWELS BUT DIDNT CLEAN THE ROOM WHICH WAS KIND OF CONFUSING AND WHEN MY DAUGHTER WENT TO ASK FOR MORE TOWELS FIRST WAS TOLD NO THEN SHE WALKED TO THE LAUNDRY AREA AND ASK SOMEONE FOR TOWELS AND THE PERSON TOLD HER WE HAVE TO WAIT 10-15 AND SOMEONE WILL TAKE IT TO THE ROOM. NOT SURE IF ITS ALWAYS LIKE THAT BUT THERE WAS A LOT OF PEOPLE AT NIGHT IN THE PARKING LOT, A LOT OF NOISE AND TALKING AND DOG BARKING LATE AT NIGHT IN THE HALLWAY. THE WINDOW COUTAINS HAVE SOME STAINS CLOSE TO THE CEALING THAT LOOKS LIKE WATER DAMAGE OR EVEN MOLD. I WANTED THIS STAY TO BE A GOOD ONE SINCE THE PICTURES LOOK LIKE A NICE PLACE AND THEY WERE PET FRIENDLY WHICH WE TRAVEL WITH OUR DOG BUT WAS NOT AS I EXPECTED. I HATE LEAVING BAD REVIEWS BUT I DONT LIKE TO LIE EITHER. HOPEFULLY THEY DO SOME IMPROVEMENTS AND DEEP CLEANING IN THE ROOMS."

"Rooms were generally clean and a decent place to stay over night, however the toilet leaked whenever you would flush and the bathroom itself just didn't appear to be cleaned all the way from the last person. It was a quiet area though and had decent dining options near by."

"The room was pretty clean. However, I had no wifi in the room. I called the lobby and they suggested I come downstairs for wifi. This was apparently a known problem. The breakfast was also just ok. "

"Room was clean, slight paint peeling on the ceiling in bathroom, but it was clean, other than the smell of marijuana that I couldn't seem to get out of my nose, even after spraying air freshener. The bed was firm but comfortable. I check and double check beds when I first get in my room, and everything was in order as it should be. The lady at the front desk was really sweet and helpful. We felt safe on the grounds, but the curtains do not close tight, so we had to rig something up to keep them closed, and there's only 2 sets of steps for the whole hotel, and they are halfway down, right across from each other; our room was very close to the front on the second floor, making it impossible to see our truck from the room, unless we walked outside the room. There was also a gap around the door, and someone had stuck toilet paper inside the peep whole. And, we could hear the train go by, so it wasn't completely soundproofed, as advertised. There is a Shoneys in front of the hotel, so that was a plus. "

"Very nice hotel, appears to be new. Very clean and friendly staff. We left a pillow there and they were kind enough to call us to let us know. This was very much appreciated and excellent customer service."
