"We stayed here about 30 years ago and enjoyed it. No change this time !!!! Room was classic (not modern). Beds a little firm. Balcony view was beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful and staff very pleasant. Does have a lift so that was very helpful with our luggage. Overall a great stay and ..."

"My biggest issue was the cold shower at 10pm...one of the staff blamed it on the water heater. The interior of the B&B was not heated (in November). Most of the staff were far from friendly. The 8 euro breakfast consisted of something like banana bread and instant cappuccino out of a machine."

"Hotel Tirreno was great! The hotel is very close to Formia city center and Is in walking distance of many beaches and restaurants. The onsite parking is very convenient and safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at Hotel Tirreno again!"

Traffic in the afternoon was very busy in town. Few if any parking spaces but parking lot downtown was easy to use (pay and display). Person at check out didn't know cc # she wanted us to sign was for Expedia to reimburse Orbitz - took 45 minutes.
