"I was on a work trip to Mallorca and I stayed here for 5 days. The hotel was clean, the buffet had great food, and the staff were very kind and helpful. If you want to stay around Can Picafort, i definitely recommend this hotel."

"very well maintained property, always clean everywhere including the room. amazing dinner & breakfast daily as we chose them as a package. besides there isn't many restaurants around so it was a great idea that we chose the package. it's situated in the best spot in Cala Vincent in my opinion. peaceful surroundings with amazing mountain & sea view. respectful staff & guests made it relaxing & quiet vacation there. there is always one bad apple every place but the rest of the staff there were good enough to compensate it. if you happen to get a room right above the lobby area like we did first, you might be bothered by the concrete area covered by astroturf in front of your balcony, also seemed to be designed for handicap guests with some odd set up for regular guests. it was a surprise for us in contrast to the rest of the property which is well balanced with the nature with natural, upscale materials but they moved us to a different room with better view per our request. overall it is an upscale pleasant property with nice staff in best location. we will be happy to go back."

"I have stayed at this hotel 6 times now. It’s in an ideal setting if you want to be away from the main tourist thoroughfare. The rooms are well presented but starting to show their age a little. The hotel is under new management and it would be nice to see some of the ageing and damaged furniture replaced. The staff are amazing. Nothing is to much trouble and they always have a smile on their face. Parking around the hotel is limited owing to new hotels opening in the area however, you can routinely park no more than a 5mins walk away."

"The hotel and facilities were great. It was very quiet and clean. There was a great choice at breakfast and you were able to order extra hot food. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially on reception."

"Coup de cœur pour la terrasse sur le toit, l’emplacement direct sur le bord de la mer, les commodités modernes. Chambres mal insonorisées. On entend le bruit des voyageurs dans les chambres avoisinantes et le couloir, et la musique des spectacles qui ne terminent pas avant 22:30 Bon service à la clientèle."

"So good. Location was tranquil, a fabulous beach and setting. Wonderful rooms, staff and amenities. The beach club was a joy. Boat transfer to Porta Pollenca for a trip out, great food and a lovely little boutique shop. Bliss… V expensive but I came away thinking it’s worth it. Impressive"
