"This place was very cute and clean except there was an interesting smell in the bathroom. The only thing I wish was different was the WiFi was spotty and the kitchen was under stocked. There were used k-cups in the drawer and having plates/bowls/utensils would have been nice. Otherwise, it was great. I went with my friend and would bring my husband back. "
"The location and house were great. Beautiful home with a gorgeous deck and view. I would rate this a five star except for the fact that I never received check-in instructions and called the property management company several times with no return phone calls. The day of check-in, I still did not have information on how to Check in."

"Check in was easy! Everything was explained before we got there, and expectations were met! Our host Mason responded and answered all my questions speedily. The location was lovely about 15 minutes from both towns, Broken Bow and Hochatown. Then was just outside/in Beavers Bend Park, beautiful sights, hiking, and kyaking! 10/10 stay! "

"We had a wonderful time! Children ages 5-11 loved the slide and climbing tower plus the games and video room. The home was well prepared and ready for us when we arrived. Great kitchen! Almost everything was as described Ice machine stopped working, however, management brought us bags of ice. Pool was a little too far to walk to for our adults, but an easy , very short drive to get there. The neighborhood Roads do need smoothing out which of course is not the responsibility of the owner of the home. Everyone had a wonderful time! Thank you!"
"I had never rented a cabin with a pool in my many times to broken bow so I was a little worried but the pool and property turned out amazing. Very clean, so many little games to play inside the house, and very close drive to town. Check in communication was smooth. We will be back "
